That Volcano folder is probably one of the most classic photoshop jobs of all time . I still have one of those myself.

The 1999 one that I have on there is awesome, actually! They had TERRIFIC artist renderings for Penguin's Blizzard River. 2000 is so so, nothing exciting except the folder is a magazine of sorts with lots of full colored photos in it. SFKK had it going for a while.....
