BrownStreak
Many of us in the northern states have no theme parks or roller coasters to thrill us in the winter and can't afford big trips south to get our fix so I propose a list of ways to get our fix: Elevator #3 of my office building gives incredible floater airtime
Carnage
The obvious solution is skiing, snowboarding, tubing, etc. Gives pretty much the same sensations.
Calaway Park
Well I CAN ride coasters in the winter. If Mindbender and Autosled weren't there, I'd substitute it for gravel road airtime and as mentioned above, skiing, sledding, tubing, etc.
PKI Jizzman
Big tubing place close to me There is a GIANT hill to sled on! some cool floater airtime over the drop. I like to watch slide shows of my pics or usually go to the TPR park photos section! The Beach waterpark has a holiday fest and has bobsleding! Coaster like...... How bout a trip to Nasu Highland!!!!!!
the_rock401
Borrow your rich uncle's Corvette or Mustang or Challenger, and go find a road with lots of sudden profile changes. CAR AIRTIME!

Skyscraper
The best thing to experience something similar to airtime in winter is to go snow rafting in Valcartier, near Quebec city. Imagine a rafting boat going down a snow mountain with hills with no restraits... airtime at it's best ! Fallen Heretic
I just drive fast over the little hilly road around my way. That works. Kills the shockers though. We have hills just outside our village that used to get traversed on various tea-trays and other home made sleds. There was a 8ft vertical drop in the middle of one of the slopes. At the bottom, there was a barbed wire fence before the gradient levelled off. We had to throw ourselves of the sleds to stop before hitting it. Then hope a bus didnt come along and crush the sled as it skittered through the fence onto the road.
okinawaboy11
Skiing. But it sucks because I'm in Maryland. Inbetween the sun and the (good) snow. The mountains here only have about 20-30 runs. Compared to the 100+ of Colorado and Vermont. :-\ Still. It's fun.
