smells_like_team_disney
Hey gang, planning to go to Six Flags in St. Louis this weekend. I'm not AT ALL familiar with the area, and would love to stay in a hotel that's possibly walking distance. I'm going with a pretty large group, so any budget will do. Thanks. SharkTums
I don't think we stayed in the area so I can't help you there, but I do remember a kickass hole in the wall Chinese Place next to the giant WalMart nearby! If you want some good, non-Six Flags food, go for it!
disneyfan1313
I remember there being a nice hotel pretty much in the parking lot of Six Flags - In looking at the choices on the Six Flags St Louis Hotels website - www.sixflags.com/parks/stlouis/Lodging/index.html I am guessing it is the days inn. There are not a lot of hotels in the immediate area and that is probably the only one you could walk from.
smells_like_team_disney
^Thanks for the advice. I called Days Inn and they have plenty of rooms available. They even sell Six Flags tickets $13 less than buying them at the main gate. Six Flags Over-Mid... er, St. Louis, here I come!

Days inn is not really walking distance, about a mile and a half from the park. They will be the cheapest, Holiday Inn is right next to the park though and is walking distance to the park.
