pvcoasterguy
Wow... with that commercial, you'd think Gemini would be themed to death.
AznShortBoi8021
Arrow coasters are death! Anyways, funny comercial. It reminds of some of those old PBS shows for some reason.
CommanderLock
I saw that before...now it's like... ermm...yeah...we get the point... I went on it 8 times(2 rides for every time I passed it) when I was there. Couldn't get enough! So addicting... That final racing section when both trains are relatively close is awesome... "PADDLE!! PAAAADDLLLLLLLE!!!" Gemini is a pretty decent ride...
scruffy
Wow... with that commercial, you'd think Gemini would be themed to death. This would have to be the coaster I got stuck 40 feet in the air in during a E-stop. Great find on the commercial.
RaptorBoyASU
^E-stop or block setup. Back when they used to run 6 trains, they only had 30 seconds or so to send the train to avoid a block setup that would leave some riders out in the brakes on the last turnaround. Maintenance had to come clear it. I LOVE GEMINI. Best Arrow mine train ever. Seriously though, I used to power ride this. I think one evening I rode it 34 times. The first drop is so good, it has great head choppers, good ending helix, and the racing part makes it that much better.

Calaway Park
So.. is Gemini a wooden coaster or a steel coaster..? It looks like a steel coaster with wooden supports.
RaptorBoyASU
Steel coaster. You are correct, wooden supports, with tubular steel track. It's basicalyl the same style cars and structure as many of the arrow mine trains. Only it has a much larger layout with a killer first drop.
