twisted_propaganda Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 I was thinking of going to the DCA scare thing, but I think it will end up being just another day at DCA with kids in costumes. Knott's: the 8th. Universal: The 14th. Yup.
weeow Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 I never said I thought it was real. It's all for show. I just think it really makes you wonder if people like this are out there.
Gnome Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 I was thinking of going to the DCA scare thing, but I think it will end up being just another day at DCA with kids in costumes. Knott's: the 8th. Universal: The 14th. Yup. Disney doesn't do a "scare thing." It's just a halloween event. Anyways, does anybody have any real info on all the mazes? I know you'll be getting off the tram at parts, but what mazes from the original florida event should we expect if any at all? I'm pretty exited for this.
JT3000 Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 what mazes from the original florida event should we expect if any at all? Don't expect any.
Jew Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 ^There might be something adapted from HHN 13...but no "clones."
Gnome Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 They have put up the list of mazes. http://www.halloweenhorrornights.com/hollywood/productions.html So from the sounds of it, there's 3 mazes. The tram ride (which counts for like 5, right?) and then a couple of shows plus the scarezones. I think the whole tram idea is very cool, imo. Should be lots of fun. Between this and its sister event, I'm guessing knott's will lose thier title as #1 halloween event. Haunt doesn't even sound all that interesting this year.
JT3000 Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 Between this and its sister event, I'm guessing knott's will lose thier title as #1 halloween event. That happened a long time ago.
twisted_propaganda Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 Which do you think would be more crowded, Friday the 13th, or Saturday the 14th?
fanatix Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 I have no clue which day would be more crowded. With my schedule right now, I am only able to make it on the 13th. So, I hope it is not that bad.
XLRBR Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 Counting down... 13 days 'till I go. If you look closely you can see a thirteen in "HALLOWEEN."
Gnome Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 I'll probably go on Halloween night. That way I get to do something fun and exiting, instead of hand out candy to those annoying kids who knock upon my door. 13 days till Halloween Horror NIghts.
fanatix Posted October 4, 2006 Posted October 4, 2006 So, is there going to be a TPR meet for USH halloween horror nights? I just wanted to know if it was going to be the same night I was going to be there..... we also decided that we will be going to SFMM on the 14th which will be our first time there. I am so excited!
SharkTums Posted October 4, 2006 Posted October 4, 2006 I think a bunch of us will be there Friday, the 13th...Ooooo Spooky!
Gnome Posted October 10, 2006 Posted October 10, 2006 http://www.halloweenhorrornights.com/hollywood/director.html What's the purpose of having all these "banned" tapes. I find it kind of annoying to be honest. 1st time it was kind of funny, and then it just got annoying. Who knows, maybe they'll allow access to it later. Anyways, only 4 more days.
Jew Posted October 10, 2006 Posted October 10, 2006 ^I guess you are upset with USF waiting so long to open up all the cabinets on their HHN website too? Relax.
JT3000 Posted October 11, 2006 Posted October 11, 2006 ^ At least we knew those would open. These, who knows? Just looks like a tease at the moment.
DATman Posted October 11, 2006 Posted October 11, 2006 ^It would be pointless to leave them like that. They will be released, just like the drawers were opened. I mean, the people doing the websites are trying to link the events, and it's a good idea.
JT3000 Posted October 11, 2006 Posted October 11, 2006 What makes you so sure of this? The videos say "banned" on them. This was obviously done to hype the Director's horrifying actions. I think if they intended to put viewable videos in those spots, they would have.
socalMAN123 Posted October 11, 2006 Posted October 11, 2006 I'm really looking forward to this event. I probably won't be able to go, but I hope whoever does, cover the event with lots and lots of photos. I think this has real potenial seeing HHN at USF has been such a sucess. But, USF is overrall more popular than the one here. ---Brent
fanatix Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 I leave tomorrow to go down to LA and I am going to be there on Friday.
Gnome Posted October 13, 2006 Posted October 13, 2006 how many different segments are on terror tram?
DATman Posted October 13, 2006 Posted October 13, 2006 What makes you so sure of this? The videos say "banned" on them. This was obviously done to hype the Director's horrifying actions. I think if they intended to put viewable videos in those spots, they would have. But then, why not release all of the drawers on the Sweet 16 site? But they were still there at the bottom of the page...
