RCT3Bross
Wrap it up and sent it towards Sandusky Ohio and get done with the track so test can begin. Looking good.
MayTheGForceBeWithYou
What would have wheels and be on blue track in a warehouse? Hmmm. Check out our blog on Monday to find out! pic.twitter.com/svGvbxuXjq Link I'm still laughing that people are convinced in the comments it's Millennium Force. OCJ48
What's up with the track in that pic? It looks really worn out, nothing near as new as Gatekeeper track should.
COASTER FREAK 11
Could just be a piece of track B&M has at the shop and it just happens to be blue that the train is on.
simaticable
What's up with the track in that pic? It looks really worn out, nothing near as new as Gatekeeper track should. I imagine it's a test track to make sure the train will fit on the track correctly.
Legoguy1395
It could be a picture of Wild Eagle, with the worn track and exposed frames.
Skycoastin Steve
^Wild Eagle trains are tan, that's not tan. And why would they have a picture of Wild Eagle's trains in the factory??
CpBluestreakCp
Oh, nice! Can't wait to see that blog post and the rest of the train. I'm hoping for some lighting effects on it, as well.
cmullin
Another thing that I appreciate, is that they keep the height requirement down, so that younger and shorter people can ride the biggest and best rides at CP.
ryanm09
I was expecting more of a gold color but what I can see it looks nice. It will be awsome when testing starts.
Lareson
I was expecting more of a gold color but what I can see it looks nice. It will be awesome when testing starts. That I believe is the main train color, Sunset Gold, but each train will have different accent color: Zenith Gold, Meteor Gold or Orion Gold. The lighting in the shop is more than likely florescent so it's not going to look right, but it should look much better once its out in the sun. CoryPa77
Saw this posted somewhere, and I remember seeing this from years ago, but I don't remember what this is. Is it some "fan" version of TTD or what this actually considered at some point? I remember this showing up on the Internet before Dragster was announced, because I was hoping that would be what CP was installing. I'd tend to think that it was a "fan" version, but the fact that they got the launch, the tower, and the brakes in the correct placement makes me think there's at least a chance this was considered for a concept. Considering Dragster already cost $25 million, maybe CP didn't want to spend another $10 mill on a fairly risky investment.
JRHcoasterki
The park just posted this on their FB page! Happy Monday! GateKeeper is now 80% complete, and could have a full circuit by the end of the week.
coasternut
Looks like they're already dismantling the big crane. I guess they don't need it anymore. Unbelievable construction pace... Look to the far right in front of the lift hill. The tall work is done!
DougMJr
They really hauled ass on completing the second half of that layout! Looking good! Edit: To me it gives the illusion that the track is just kind of floating over the entrance. I don't know if it is just me but I love it! Randomman295
Holy piss, is this thing done with the layout already? Can't wait for the trains to ship in!
kadabrium
Holy piss, is this thing done with the layout already? Can't wait for the trains to ship in! The other B&M wing coaster in China had its track completed about one and a half month ago, yet I haven't seen anything. Perhaps CP will choose to finish the gate area refurbishment first, but again I know nothing about what they used to do in history.
Sammy*
So whoever said that Gatekeeper would be completed before Yolo starts verticle construction was right. Way to go CP

DougMJr
The trains are better executed than I thought they would be. Those lights on the side should make for some interesting long-exposure photography at night.
RCT3Bross
Love them. I have to say I never expected the trains to look this good. Read that they even made bigger seats so bigger persons can ride it too. A good cause from Cedar Point in my opinion.
spinning man
The first thing that came to my mind when I saw those trains, is The Swarm and X-flight mashed together. And it is one funky looking train.

I'm definitely looking forward to seeing some great night shots of this! Pretty cool that they have added the light package.
