DJeXeL
Tatsu was delayed due to weather conditions delaying construction. Tatsu was delayed due to the park it was being built in.....
Meteornotes
Magic Mountain could buy an IKEA desk in November and not have it built by June. If I was having a Post Of The Year contest, this would be a strong contender for the winner. dt
Intaman
And then they would have to refurb it about 4 months after they finish it, and will have to send one of the legs to fix another desk at another park. Years later, they would relocate it to SFStL and rename it Boomerang.
simaticable
The desk would have no themeing and would be randomly placed in the middle of a parking lot.
RCF
And SFMM has stolen CP's thread by being so famously bad with ride construction. I blame media.

RCT3Bross
That's the most beautiful shot of a coaster under construction ever. I love it.
Mrlittle
If anything, I think Gatekeeper will be very photogenic as clearly that last picture shows.
cal1br3tto
Bringing this thread back to Cedar Point and a ride actually showing progress, here is a photo Cedar Point just posted. At first glance, it almost looks like a complete ride. I like how it blends with the sky...and snow.
Wes
Love those colors!
Commando
IDK why, but I thought that was fake when I first saw it. The colors look amazing! Also, no trim!
CpBluestreakCp
This might just be the most color appealing coaster Cedar Point has. It really looks great against the sky, doesn't catch the eye too much. Only a few more months..
Coaster Curt
I am getting really pumped to get on that ride in May. Any word if Gate Keeper is being added to the Fast Lane line up or if it will be open for that hour early for pass holders and people staying at the park? 3Mutts
Gatekeeper is looking wonderful! That hill looks WAY better then I thought it would (looks like it may produce some decent airtime if there is no trim! )
DougMJr
It just looks so vivid. Especially when it competes with the sky in contrast with the white snow. A work of art really.
CoasterStreak
It's a little hard to tell, but they are doing work on the station. January 3rd
UrbanLegend
Also, no trim! It's only a matter of time... Looks gorgeous anyway!
coasterfreak101
Also, no trim! Wait until we see a picture of the airtime hill from an angle where you can tell whether there's holes in the spine at the steepest point - that's where B&M tends to place their trims on their hyper hills. It's still very possible that it just hasn't been installed yet, but you can't tell if they've got the spot there for it or not. I don't think a B&M with trims in the video has yet to be installed without the trims in real life, so we'll see.
coasterbill
I sincerely hope it doesn't have a trim. Not because I think it will have any impact whatsoever on the ride experience, but because I don't feel like reading through 10 pages of posts about the trim brake. Nobody expects this to be a super intense coaster anyway so I'm not worried about trims. I'm sure it will deliver a fun ride with or without them. coasterbill
Wow, this coaster is beautiful. Good decision by Cedar Point. I agree that it's beautiful and I'm sure the ride will be great, but beauty isn't really an indicator of a "good decision" on a coaster. The most beautiful coaster in the park is probably Mean Streak and that ride is crap.

rollercoasterbuff
I am so excited for this coaster. I really haven't been excited about a B&M in a long time! But this is really going to be an awesome coaster and awesome experience!
