Parallax
It does go backwards. I saw it in the video.
BeemerBoy
It has two whole minutes underwater too. That part was left out of the video.
SFOGdude25
Now that I've seen the video, I can say that I'm rather excited. This thing's gonna fly.
wesley815
lmao... I'm starting to see all the "backwards" comments more and more now too. Gotta love the GP. (But yes, CP was just asking for it when they edited the video that way)
Intaman
^^^It's the first-ever wing-rider/boomerang collaboration between B&M and Vekoma. Get ready! Edited August 13, 2012 by Intaman
-Edge of Beast-
I hate the GP. Them and their annoying comments. Nonetheless, I'm excited for next year.
JonnyRCT3
They forgot to mention the 170' inversion "talleset in the world" part, not that it matters though
Tbcoasterfan
My favorite part is when it launches you backwards out of the final breaks!!!!!!!!!
Parallax
My favorite part is when it launches you backwards out of the final breaks!!!!!!!!! That is going to be the best part of the ride. I wonder how that will work with 3 train operation, but I'm sure CP knows what they are doing.

RoCo
There is no Dana; there is only Zuul. (If this joke has already been made, my apologies.) Yeah, so anyway, PSYCHED!!!!
Wes
It's already sinking... Give the morlocks their Pepsi. It is weird they decided to have the "backwards" portion in the video. Just seems like a bad choice, as people are going to get confused.
Skycoastin Steve
I'm going to go ahead and say that the left side of the train is going to be the place to be while riding.

This should make for excruciating 4-5 hour waits.
chargersmichael
Where are they putting the Cedar Point sign at the front gate? I think it would be cool if it is right over the gate in between the key holes under the twists!

chargersmichael
I don't know if this was posted yet but the turn out of the station has catwalks. I kind of wished it had a turn out like Leviathan or Wild Eagle. Oh well. Still looks like a fantastic B&M!!!
jwil
Hilarious responses to this coaster. It will be interesting, that's for sure. I haven't ridden a wingrider yet so I cannot comment on how they ride, but hey, CP is getting another coaster. Look forward to riding this next year. Now if only they would replace Mean Streak... coasterfreak101
If there's one thing B&M can be counted on to do, it's make a ride that flows beautifully. Seriously can't wait to get out there next year!
JonnyRCT3
any word on the height of the "wing over drop", it's just an in-line twist. So is it safe to say 170'?
DerekRx
When this thing opens, it's gonna be the best Wing Rider in Ohio. I do like the whole "Ride layout designed specifically for Cedar Point" part of the press release, must just be Cedar Fair's way of saying "this ride was totally designed for this park, not for one of our other parks and then sent here instead."
