snapfordakids
That initial element looks so insane and disorienting. Then the lie to fly half loop?! This is literally why flying coasters exist.

michaellynn4
I really like that we're learning more about this coaster as it gets built rather than have everything spoiled up front by images from a press release or a rendering, especially since this thing is turning out to be much different than a "typical" B&M flyer. woolandmammoth
This is the first time I've heard about this coaster. Just when I thought flyers couldn't get any better than Starry Sky Ripper, this thing shows up. I'm hoping that when Cedar Point inevitably builds a flyer (its the only B&M they don't have), it will be something like this!
Garet
Does anybody know if the coaster is going to have a MCBR section? I'm going to assume there will be one, perhaps in the part not yet built just because this will need to be able to pump out riders as fast as it can. My students where there in October and Hollywood Dreams line was 4 hours for backdrop and that has dual station and a MCBR so I dread to think how long the line for this would be if it doesn't. Imagineer Josh
Hey guys! One of my Skype friends from Japan went to Universal yesterday, and he sent me these construction photos! Enjoy Looks like it will really fly! This thing is huge. Nice looking sign they put up (Most of the trackwork seems to be finished) Seems that the station is making great progress as well! Tatsu is beaten!!! Dominating the skyline forever. And the final photo is beautiful Regards, -Imagineer Josh

Please, do not misrepresent where photos that you post came from and give proper credit in the future. Garet
^ I think on my next visit I will try and track down the Korea tour operator my old co-teachers used and splash out for an express pass 7 and avoid the timed ticket altogether. The website says only available on the day but whichever operator they use gives them a valid QR ahead of time.

ChrisFL
Yeah, BTTF was nice, so nostalgic. They had the fog machines at the front of the Delorean working really well (supposed to fog up between scenes for a better transition), which is something I remember didn't work much in the later years at UO. Garet
Was thinking of going out mid-end of February but just noticed the rehab list to coincide with when I go: http://www.usj.co.jp/e/attraction/#rehab No Hollywood Dream, Jurassic Park and Space Fantasy, the 4D cinema is down or it could just be with just different movies with the Genesis/Titan thingy. I normally skip it since I've seen them before but I've never seen the overlays. Are HP fans still crowding the park? Plus no roller-coasters and the titan/genesis thing they do I'm thinking might be quite crowed....maybe I should just hold off for a while and postpone when the flying roller-coaster is open. I had wanted to do a quick weekend trip sometime before our child is born but I've always enjoyed AIR and wanted to try a more thrilling coaster so maybe putting it off is in my interest especially with Jaws being down with Space Fantasy if my days off are pushed. I still haven't tried Harry Potter yet but it's not exactly something I feel I need to rush for. So undecided.... I do really like Jaws and Space Fantasy.... but I'm also a huge BTTF nerd and who knows how long that will be around now it's set in the past. Also I had no idea there was a Woody Woodpecker cartoon attraction thing, is it like the Hanna Barbera simulator that used to be at USO or is it just a static movie?
