christianscoasters
Poltergeist at SFFT. The line was fairly long and fairly short, basically. We decided it was probably 45 minutes or so, so we decided to wait. We were wrong. The line BARELY moved. The "20 minutes from this point" sign needed to be doubled or even tripled. There was no shade anywhere. Total, we waited two hours. Fun ride, but not worth it. No ride is worth 2 hours for me.
cycamps
^ Waited 2 hours for it the first time I rode it opening year. I can't believe anyone would wait that long for a Wild Mouse... Hopefully it was the best damn ride you ever had on it.

angryemobeaver
5 Hours for Firehawk on it's opening day, mainly because it was down alot, I got there late so a bit line already formed, no one knows how to get the restraints on, and they were running one train! Second place is Top Thrill Dragster on July 4th. 2003, It was down alot! I waited 4 hours, and all I rode that day was Power Tower, Millennium Force, TTD, Corkscrew, Blue Streak, White Water Landing, and Cadillac Cars. Homeboy23
I have been lucky I guess, an hour and a half for Volcano at KD was my longest.
andyuk200523
Opening day of Oblivion at Alton Towers......just a shade under 3 hours for a 14 second ride  Never Again. Since then the longest I have waited would be just over 1 hour for Stealth during busy periods.
Manny In England
^ The queue line videos must have been more entertaining when it was the first of it's kind though.
andyuk200523
They were entertaining on the first ever ride, after that they got a bit boring imo, they really need to do something with Oblivion, just a damn good cleanup will bring it back, c'mon Alton, you know it needs it really!!! rcroques
^On the Psyclone note, I don't recall the exact wait time, but I do remember waiting in a line that started between Roaring Rapids' entrance and exit. In those days, it also went through what is presently the Deja Vu queue, and finally up to the station. The ride was brand new, I was young, and my parents said 'ok kids, one more ride.' That was the plan though, to wait in the longest line in the park when it was our last ride, that way it did not really matter how long we waited. ANYWAY, back then, I remember Psyclone being... well, good? I dunno??? Long line though. Â Chris. Â I remember that queue as well. However, when I first rode Psyclone, the line was about 45 minutes. Remember, this was back in 1997... the ride was okay... not nearly as bad as it got toward the end. Â The worst line I waited in was probably X during the first summer it opened. Three hours at least... four people passed out... I almost did but luckily I had some water in my backpack. Â Sincerely, R.C.

chmilo24
This year at Disneyland for Indiana Jones: The line said 3 hours so we got Fast Passes. Even with fast passes we ended up waiting 3 and a half hours. The ride broke down twice and we were surrounded by little obnoxious kids and obese ACErs. So not only did the kids annoy the crap out of us but it was like 100 degrees out and sweaty fat ACErs do not smell good. Â --Chris
freekeee
Worst queue ive been in is for G-Force at Drayton Manor, because it just crawled round, this was when it had 1 train only. So it took 1 hour and half, and with the telsa coils it was quite unsettling. Also i had massive vertigo on the stairways because i reaised it wasn't supported for most of the stairs. Had chavs all around me having 'lovely' conversations. Â My worst wait in line was at drayton as well but g-force was a walk on all day (it was a week day) Â however all the rides with no hight restrictions took an age to get on, you see they had a HUGE (like fill the whole park huge) group of kids from the city who were all ether under privileged (read - mini chavs) or disabled, so all the chavs were line jumping and it took quite a long time to get the people with disabilitys onto the rides. my sis wanted to ride the rapids so we had to wait 1 1/2 hours for it (also they are rubbish rapids) Â lucky none of them were tall enough g-force or shockwave, or it would of been the worst day ever! The Angry Darren Mullins
The worst line I have ever waited in was for Son Of Beast in May of 2000. It was my fourth visit to the park that year and I had not ridden the coaster yet. The ride was supposed to open at 12:00pm that day, so I went to the ride at 11:45am. There were about 100 people ahead of me. I waited and waited and waited. 12:00pm came and went and the ride was not even being tested. 1:00pm. then 2:00pm came. I stood in line with 100 peole ahead of me. Finally, at 6:00pm, the first test run of the day was made. At 6:30, I boarded the coaster for my first SOB ride. I waited 6 hours and 45 minutes to ride SOB. I consider that to be the worst line I have ever waited in. Only 100 people were ahead of me in line and I waited almost seven hours. itsasamccormick
About 1 1/2 for Pilgrims Plunge on Sunday. It was jammed packed. and the ride was still in the que. If anyones familiar with Holiday World, the line to P.P. has gone all the way to the Cafe in the section. They were running 5 boats, but they can't dispatch a train until an elevator shaft is at the bottom empty waiting... which for sure slows the process. But the line never stopped moving... which was nice. Â Suprisingly, the voyage was a walk on ALL day. as were the other coasters. That was so nice. cgodsey
I too waited 1 1/2 hours for Pilgrim's Plunge on Sunday. The line was a bit longer than that on Saturday so we skipped it and went back into the waterpark!
chrisforsgren
the first week the mummy ride was open in IOA, we waited about 2 and a haf hours, it kept having issues, I guess it wasn't so bad considering being one of the first to ride was pretty cool. Dietcokevan
Well I've waited in longer but, 1 hour for Pysclone, the first and only time I rode it, WAY too rough, I mean it was basically wait 1 hour to get beat up.
chmilo24
Oh I remember waiting about 90min to ride Pony Express at Knotts. The ride broke down twice and when I finally got to ride the kid in front of me got a bloody nose. So i waited an hour and a half to go around in a figure in an uncomfortable horse while getting blood sprayed on my face. Â --Chris
ethans_dad06
I think I've waited close to 3 hours for Goliath at SFMM, but I remember when the lines for X was a 7 or 8 hour wait, the line went almost all the way down past roaring rapids near psyclone bay! Needless to say I didn't wait for it!
HatetoFLY
The worst line I have ever waited in would have to be Kingda Ka in August of 05. We waited for about 90 minutes in the scorching heat. Then the ride went down, and I have a general rule which is to wait it out. But since I'm from Florida and it was my first and only time since then I waited it out for another 15 minutes. The ride ended up being down for roughly 4-5 hours. I was in the loading station for Superman looked up and saw Kingda Ka making runs. We ran over and waited another 90-120 minutes for 16 seconds of bliss. Â Just to share though, the longest line I have ever waited in was the opening of Test Track. I was in line and then it went down. We were escorted out of the building past the old GM sponsorship sign and waited. I talked with another family and some other folks for over 4 hours. The cast members played trivia with us and just as Illuminations started we were able to ride. Now that's guest relations, they easily could of just sent the 200-300 people waiting home but they opened it, and it remains one of my favorite Disney attractions. Cavs Fan
I was at soak city in line for the family slide and it was cold. VERY cold and windy. When a got to the top, a bunch of water drops fell on me and it felt like it was 40 degrees. When I was on the top and ready to ride, the conveyor belt that brings the rafts up broke so we had to walk back down.
tt.repo.man
My worst line would have to be soarin' at epcot. When it first opened the line was at least 2 to 3 hours but i thought it was worth it.
