Sir Clinksalot
We were driving to Oxnard today and saw an odd billboard. I guess SFMM and the Coastal cities are trying to work together and create some new tourist stuff, or just combine efforts. It looks like they are offering packages that include Channel Islands, Heritage Valley and SFMM in one. You can find the info here: http://www.coast2coasters.com/ Gregg "We thought it was involving all Six Flags parks when we saw the billboard" C. socalMAN123
That's a pretty good idea. I just don't know how many people are actually going to know about this, let alone do it. It would've been SO much better if they involved more than one of the SF parks. But the again, this is SF we're talking about. ---Brent 8)
What Now
I've seen ads for it in the Daily News for the past couple of weeks or so.
Red Benny
Hey! Oxnard! I grew up there! It makes sense seeing as where SFMM is in relation to Oxnard.
ebl
What would be great if they could revitalize the rail line between Montalvo and Santa Clarita and run trains from the beach to a station near SFMM. The park could run a shuttle between the two---what a great way to go to SFMM! Commuters could use the train, too. Eric
