JJ728
Awwe! It's not snowing in Orange County. The snow pictures are very cool, thanks! Yep, just constant rain in Mission Viejo. Hopefully Orange County will get lucky later this evening! Cool to see the SFMM in snow... Very exciting for me, especially since I'm heading up to Mammoth later this week for skiing!! SharkTums
...pshh, global warming... I know you're probably just trying to be funny, but a major component of Global Warming is unpredictable wild swings of weather which this is pretty much an exact example of! KevinM
^Actually, accredited scientists say it. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/topics/weather/4436934/Snow-is-consistent-with-global-warming-say-scientists.html I love snowy coasters. This is perhaps the only time we will see a white X2.
Sir Clinksalot
I had heard it was "Snowing" up in Valencia ... cool to see the park look like this, however brief it will be.
Airtime&Gravity
Never thought So. Cal would have more snow on the ground than Chicago at this time of the year. Cool photos(no pun intended), and definitely something you don't see often.
ebl
I've heard that SFMM has had some heavier snow than what we've seen today---I wish there were pictures of it. Eric
fatdaddy
Actually the scientist who were pushing global warming admitted that at some point they started to make it up to keep funding and to push eco friendly shit. The planet will not be exactly the same every year forever, I mean people just assume that the planet will last forever, when in reality planets die, stars die, etc.. We gotta support the space program, so we can build spacecraft large enough to transport X2 off the planet when we leave.

SharkTums
Let's keep this on track about SFMM getting SNOW!!!! We can see SFMM from right near our place and we got about an inch of snow.
eddie200330
It was actually warmer out this weekend here in these parts than when we went to Hershey for Halloween!!!!
spacemtfan
It's pretty cool seeing X2 with snow on the tracks. My neighborhood got the same amount of snow dusting a few years ago around this time, so we're hoping we get a little more this year.
BigDipper 80
I always love seeing snow in places where it usually doesn't snow. It's an interesting contrast, snow on palm trees. Just bizarre and wonderful all wrapped up together. Being from Cleveland, I suppose that I'm so used to the white stuff that I don't really give it a second thought, but this is just great. Interestingly, we've had some nice days up here and all of our snow melted, which is a rarity for January.
tycoonrebel7188
Awesome to see coasters in SoCal with snow on them. I love seeing pictures of coasters at parks with snow on the track. I'm quite partial to seeing The Beast covered in snow.

coast4airtime
The scientists were paid to make up crap. End of story. Polar bears might be dying, temperature might change rapidly(I know, I live in New England), ice may be melting, but it is all natural. Guess what happens to the melted ice when it hits something cold, it freezes! Temperature depends on the costal winds and the position of the earth relative to the sun. Director_Guy
I really don't miss snow from the midwest, but seeing it in a place that it doesn't belong is wicked cool. Do we know if the park stayed open today?
