moviemansig
I purchased the season pass during the Flash Sale and apparently to get the Gold upgrade you have to process by 10/30. The day you go to process, do you have to pay for parking? (By the way, I'm a first time pass holder of any kind.) Also, is there a special entrance if you have a Gold pass, like with Discover Card? If so, how many minutes usually will they let you into the park before the main gates even open? Thanks.

When you get to the parking gate tell them you are there to process your Gold upgrade with free parking and you won't have to pay. The far right line is the early entry line, usually 10 minutes early.
jray21
Only a few more days until WCB! I haven't been since Green Lantern was new, so we've got a few new things to ride. I'm excited to catch up with people as well. Can't wait!
singemfrc
A Frightening New Twist: Ride Coasters in the DarkExclusively for Fright Fest, you can experience your favorite coasters like never before – in pitch darkness. The zombies have taken over and turned off all the track lights. The ride will feel faster, more mysterious, and more terrifying as you race around dark drops and looming loops without being able to see them. No matter how many times you've ridden Twisted Colossus, Viper, Goliath, Tatsu, Full Throttle, BATMAN The Ride, THE RIDDLER's Revenge, Scream, or Apocalypse, they will all feel like a completely different experience in the dark. Hmm, does that mean Gold Rusher no longer participates in coasters in the dark, or maybe they just forgot to list it? That would be a shame, because in my opinion that is the coaster that by far benefits the most from turning the lights off at night. It's a whole different ride. Riding Gold Rusher at night during WCB is one of the best GR rides I've ever had. All the turns are unexpected, and that pop at the end!

schoup
Looking to plan a trip to MM, my home park is GAm. What are the general wait times like on weekdays during early/mid june? Is it worth it to go 1st week of June when they are open till 8pm instead of 9pm later in the year, b/c while open till 8pm the crowds are smaller? My home park has l small crowds all of June, but IL schools school year ends later than CA. Any insight on MM would be appreciated. Is there some CA ordinance that makes the park only stay open till 9pm even in the main season? DK is only open till 8pm in main season Edited September 8, 2016 by schoup
SFMMGeek27
^ the pask wasn't very crowded during the week in June this year, or really any weekday during the summer. I went a few Fridays even in the middle of June and was walking on coasters left and right. If it's anything like this year then you have nothing to worry about. Sounds like MM is like GAm. I visited GAdv late August and I was surprised by the short wait times. Of course I never go to any SF on weekend and it seems weekdays everywhere are pretty great. Of course there is a slight spike on the bring a friend free days, but that's not even that bad.

coasterbill
Thanks for this amazing breaking news. So you're saying only WE can save Metropolis? Why me? I'm only one man. I don't know if I can handle this kind of responsibility.

CaptainCrush
It is a lot to ask of one man. If we can help Autobots beat Decepticons, Spiderman defeat the Sinister 6, and Dr. Seeker rescue a Dinosaur, then saving the city should be a piece of cake! Also, any updates on the Suicide Squad scarezone? I reaaaaallly want a picture with Harley
ytterbiumanalyst
Saving the city's easy; keeping it safe is the hard part. I save it every time I ride Justice League. But then the next time I get in line, it's in trouble again!

Also, one of my friends works at the FT Sports Bar and said that the TPR members she encountered there were super kind and appreciative, which she said isn't too common. She said it was nice to have a group as caring and respectful of the park and its rules for once. So great job everyone!
