Page 2228 - Wonder Woman Flight of Courage REAL POV!

I don't know if anyone has said this already (ain't nobody got time to read through all these posts), but the loop looks pretty small in pictures. I'm guessing it's because it's situated in that valley there and surrounded by trees. The promo material made it seem a lot more imposing that it actually will be. Oh darn.

They haven't even topped it off yet, so I would give it some more time. It looks pretty big to me!

What do you guys think would happen if a roll back occurred from the launch to the loop or tunnel launch to top hat? The launches didn't seem that long in the video.

The trains will collide, there will be bloodshed and the park will release a statement to the media saying "YOLO!"

Well since this is not Premiers first coaster nor first launch coaster I would say the engineers of that company have taken into account rollbacks and have designed Full Throttle to safely stop if a rollback was to happen. Also you have to think about the train is very short only holds 18 people so with a short train the launches and brake runs don't have to be that long, and with using Friction brakes and Mag brakes I'm sure they will have no issues with not being able to stop a train in the case of a rollback.

I think Premier is established enough as a launch company that it wouldnt happen. MM will be selling the 2nd train within the year anyway so it wont matter.

Magic Mountain almost never operate their coasters at full capacity (or even close). So the second train would be unnecessary because it would never get used.

Here's another SFMM update from this past weekend thanks to Sir Clinksalot!

1.thumb.jpg.c807d360fdaa72672e10baa4eb94b9d7.jpg

Good morning, SFMM! I'm in the line to get into the park early because I'm AWESOME!

2.thumb.jpg.b651ad9fdb3aab2b0304b37ef057ed9f.jpg

Time to ride Colossus....

3.thumb.jpg.c3058d6091efd81f6a382374a7d90c5f.jpg

Ugh, really??? I do NOT wait in lines! Forget it!!!

4.thumb.jpg.64ca6b03051518e60b5ad17e2919103b.jpg

Gotta make it through the crowded streets to get to Green Lantern...

5.thumb.jpg.3fecac49ec870c4c367bb7a3a70a44a1.jpg

No, honestly, it's really the Teen Titans actual slogan!

6.thumb.jpg.3c38a2816e4d83a5cc5c20b0043d4ad9.jpg

Yay! Made it!

7.thumb.jpg.b7749a020e34302af6b9c94564f12046.jpg

Seriously, WTF Magic Mountain!?!? You need to do a better job at crowd management. I'm *NOT* waiting in these lines!!!!

8.thumb.jpg.2dc6381f525a07ff35f52be51a306324.jpg

Go duck yourself.

9.thumb.jpg.4e8f29ea8d269a64d06caf8938b82d74.jpg

YOLO!!!!

10.thumb.jpg.48264d85b1f5e83c6050a17cdf9dd7a3.jpg

OMG! There's like TWICE as many people in line for Gold Rusher!!! Gonna leave and come back with the park is less busy....

12.thumb.jpg.5db4a9e42c1cfbef6e7ba1d0b340990c.jpg

Ok, let's look at what you're really here to see...

13.thumb.jpg.e3ac02a56a41263f1d435665675f2795.jpg

AHA!!!! The rumors are NOT true! They are not using super-glue to hold the ride together, they are in fact, using bolts! This myth is BUSTED!

14.thumb.jpg.dd150792b3be1e1dc9fd46c18c0a549f.jpg

As some point a train will be pooped out of this tunnel, and then sucked back in! Groovy!

15.thumb.jpg.af3c510cbd5eea664f3691a52defb647.jpg

Some serious-ass curves going on here!

16.thumb.jpg.66dfb02cf50d0c2a9ca8c18b4e16a76e.jpg

OMG!!! It's a bump on a loop!

17.thumb.jpg.46730aef568cc829903bae966944f9cc.jpg

Now that is some engineering porn right there!

18.thumb.jpg.d79da45573c73878d584581651717e1d.jpg

This will eventually become the worlds tallest, fastest, and only coastery thing with a loop under it. And if you happen to have a waffle stuffed in your pocket while riding it, it will be the tallest, fastest, most waffley tophat over a loop in the world!

19.thumb.jpg.f492331c0dfee4c30d76a48a050c6784.jpg

This is going to be an awesome element! (Don't forget your waffle!)

20.thumb.jpg.d44662168de2cd73dfe1b4ec032f2fdd.jpg

More coaster porn.

21.thumb.jpg.dad3c9bf55507ab718fb4d142e6ee7e6.jpg

Still a lot of dirt, so this construction update is officially complete.

22.thumb.jpg.bf6e2aa32a5c5dffa141e275603eea18.jpg

FIX THAT DAMN SUPERMAN!!!! MY OCD IS GOING NUTS!!!!

23.thumb.jpg.12e71a4d28366237f2da484371bed995.jpg

Ha! You thought this was going to be a top hat over the loop, didn't you? And you thought this ride was going to be named after an energy drink, didn't you? SURPRISE!!! It's actually themed to Roller Coaster Tycoon, and this is the moment where the train fly's off the tracks and explodes into a giant ball of fire!

24.thumb.jpg.2e9c9a34a9564f0ed8ffbb33360e8ed6.jpg

In case you might not have been aware, Magic Mountain is also home to a water park (and a quite nice one, too!)

25.thumb.jpg.d37cf1be332cf91b514e7cc5fce65e47.jpg

"Wheeeeeee" *KA-BLOOOM!!!!*

26.thumb.jpg.9dc0ee5cedff354223fc6790650d7fa2.jpg

Some YOLO stuff....

27.thumb.jpg.858c1b937eb517feeba0408fbc792fc8.jpg

More YOLO stuff....

28.thumb.jpg.d52af056a840365e76d88599278ed313.jpg

And the final picture of YOLO stuff...

29.thumb.jpg.792bd4aacf9ece4e96066ea80d3a361b.jpg

"See, guys! We are just like Disneyland! We have Dole Whips, too! Next year we are building Toy Story Mania..."

30.thumb.jpg.6086eff6c144146ff3a0b41cd0ee693a.jpg

I can't think of any words for this that wouldn't offend someone. So I'll just leave this with no caption....

31.thumb.jpg.acf8037ef01ae2712e9b3aadc1d05d88.jpg

REQUIRED for West Coast Bash ERT!!!!!

Thanks for reading! YOLO!!!!!

Unless they're using super glue to hold those bolts in place . . .

I like how they have an arrow molded into the track so they don't put it in backwards.

...OLOY?
