Well I was on youtube today watching skate videos and I found this!

A trailer for a new Hawk game! The graphics look crazy good, and the tricks and landings look way mopre realistic than the previous games. There is an official site I think, but I havn't found it yet. When I do I will post a link! Talk it up!!!!

WOW! The graphics looks AMAZING! And the tricks look really good. I haven't seen any commercials on tv yet...when is it coming out? I know my brother will most likely buy that.

looks pretty good, hopefully it will look like that when the game is released, although i have a feeling that it wont be any more realistic than any other tony hawk games.

I just saw a gameplay video. It's on the side. It looks just that amazing. Now, what I'm REALLY excited about, is Tony Hawks Downhill Jam for the DS and Wii.

^It is for XBOX 360 and PS3, so the graphics are almost required to be amazing.

that's what everyone thought when PS2/Xbox came out

but this looks really good, too bad this isn't a gameplay movie :O

ah well, I'm sure it will look cool hopefully they add something new to it

Ehhh, I don't know how a feel about this...Underground 2 and American Wasteland were terrible, IMO. I will have to see what the gameplay is like.

Also, being at the standpoint of a skater, I don't expect Tony Hawk games to be realistic when I play them. I want to triple tre flip onto a telephone wire then manuel a few blocks so I can mctwist over a few cars or a bus...

i saw some screenshots of the game levels today. you could tell that it wasnt going to be realistic because there was a pizza shaped like a vert ramp and stuff with obviously means you can skate on them...

When I said realistic, I was referring to the way the skater reacts to stuff and moves. I heard about some kind of bail thing, where the skater rolls, or how he bails he holds where he got hurt. The guy siad for example, if he messes up his shoulder he will hold it. The call it the "Rag-Doll Bail"....Has anyone found an official site yet?

Sorry *Double Post*. But I found the "official" site. On the side it flashes through all the skaters in the game. 3 new skaters have been added. Including a new girl skater Lyn-Z Adams!

and what site may that be then?,

and about the pizza, it's just part of the pizza stand on the ground

the pizza is shaped like a vert ramp, meaning you can obviously skate in it

yes yes yes, that's what i meant, i don't see what's wrong or unrealistic with it

bump for those who care:

"By clicking down on both analog sticks, the camera will pan out to a close-up side view as the game slows to a crawl. The analog sticks then each control one of your feet and your board moves from being part of your animation to an actual physics object. By moving the sticks, you're able to independently control your feet to kick and tap your board into spins, rotations and more"

sounds hella cool.
