Basically, people go to Wal Mart, Walgreens, etc to get their home videos, reels, vhs tapes converted to DVD. The stores send it to us. So what exactly do I do? I rip DVDs and print thumbnail sleeves or I rip DVDs made directly from the DVD recorders and peice everything together (Make menu, titles, add music depending on film). During this Winter I'm a Media Specialist at Best Buy.
