  1. Belmont Park. It's San Diego. It's Mission Beach. Nuff said.
  2. I guess my dream back in May really is coming true afterall! Words cannot express how incredibly happy I am about this news. Scott "immediately beginning to dream of a brand new Ferrari in my garage" B.
  3. ^^ This is definitely somewhat random, but concerning that post (as well as MrMorgan's), this is definitely an excellent example of the boards at their best. When you can get great feedback concerning international travel matters like that at a pretty quick rate, you really appreciate it. And heck, I'm not even the one traveling (although I wish I was in in Joe's spot!)
  4. Which USA are you speaking of? Because I'm not familiar with the one you just mentioned.
  5. Just a friendly reminder, the show seems to be scheduled for this Saturday at 9:00pm est.
  6. Nope, unfortunately not. The movie's rated PG-13, so they decided against selling Duff. Anyway, cool report! I've got my brother hot on the case in Orlando to grab me some Krusty Os from their Kwik-E-Mart.
  7. What is the level of creepiness for a total of 8 posts....all regarding the Hoffman chick?
  8. After seeing the Tornado pic, (I don't know whether they really come into play or not on this), does anyone feel slightly guilty about using the term "footchoppers" now? Anyway, as always, looking forward to more!
  9. Now we know why. Scott " Big pimpin'" B.
  10. ^^ Shhhhh. They may start charging for it, like an onride photo.
  11. ^ You'll know it when you feel it. I still have the imprint of Wildcat's lapbar on my internal organs.
  12. It's surprising no one's mentioned Lauren Graham yet.
  13. Paging BruceWayne....paging BruceWayne. Nice pics, minus the wand, of course.
  14. Well, this would be a perfect sentiment for his wife and son anyway. I'm not sure the murderer deserves to rest in peace.
  15. Yay JellyRolls! ^ Wes, if you do, you seriously need to request "The Final Countdown" on the dueling pianos. That would be comic gold.
  16. ^ Gotta love the US Mail. Always increasing postage for always declining service.
  17. ^ Thanks Lou. Yeah, it really is a shame that three members missed out on posting their pic in here. I could understand the cards arriving a week or two late, but flat out disappearing is pretty pathetic. Like you said, maybe this will be bumped out of the clear blue one day when Tony, worm, or Joel finally get theirs. We can hope. Until then, I'll have to be satisfied with the fact that Joe (once again, the closest in proximity to the mailbox they were mailed from ) was last to receive his.
  18. LOL. Yeah, way to go Shapiro. And Wes beat me to it. I was also wondering what color S:ROS was now. Nice report!
  19. Exactly! Thanks Soren. Keep up the nice work.
  20. Don't feel bad. I made two visits in his time there, and had two missed "credits." Soren, I'm sorry to hear you miss Orlando so much. Hopefully things start to get a little better for you back home. I never got to meet you there, but thanks for all the terrific posts you made during your time there. My favorite was definitely the Disney hotels thread.
  21. ^ lol I hate to bump this once more, but I've been meaning to do a quick wrap up, and just haven't gotten around to it until now. First off, I'd just like to give a HUGE thank you to all the members who helped out on this one. You guys really made this thread a big success! When looking at the map, it's important to note that Tom ("shockwave") received his sometime while he was visiting the US. Also, Chuck's ("cfc") postcard was mistakenly left behind from the original batch that got mailed from Epcot. It was mailed out when I returned home. It took only a few days to arrive, thus also beating Joe's delivery time. Sadly, there were three cards that never made their final destination. Tony ("zen coaster") never received his in Australia (although Ian did). "Worm" never received his in South Africa, and apparently Joel's ("mmousefan") postal delivery donkey died somewhere in Mexico. Be sure to stop by Epcot's Mexico pavilion and get your "Joel photo credit" though! Here's what each postcard cost to send: US - .41 ( I used the First Class "Forever" stamps, although I believe the regular postcard rate was something like .26) Canada & Mexico - .69 each All other internationals - .90 each It's interesting what kind of service each buys you, huh? Postcards were sent out from the Beach Club Resort (red dot) at Epcot on May 22nd, at exactly 1:00pm.
