  1. Well if your going to start over with new park there is really nothing wrong with that and I am looking forward to seeing what you will do next. Unless I missed it somewhere please post a download of this park so I (and anyone else) can really get inside it and look around. Just don't let this park fade into the depths of TPR's forums without some kind ending for all those who have been following it.

  2. Dmaxsba2408....

I can't load the cp park because it is missing met rt wai couldent get the rest of the missing object.

MetRtwai is a custom made paddle boat ride. It is in the ZIP file right below the park download.

You need to place all the DAT's that are in the ZIP in your RCT2 ObjData folder by hand. Make sure you take them out of the folder that is in the ZIP before you place them in your ObjDAta folder. RCT2 does not allow the use of sub folders. The path is...

    My Computer...

Local Disk(?)... (whatever the drive is RCT2 is installed on)

    Program Files...

Infograms Interactive... (If using the Triple Thrill Pack it will be Atari)

    RCT2...

    ObjData

Once placed you need to start your game and let the game go through it "CHECKING" cycle. If it "ERROR TRAPS" hit OK and load it again, it happens sometimes, don't worry about it. Once the rides are loaded the park will load the rest of the objects on it's own.

I would love to help djbrcace1234 get the items your wanting in a park so they will export to you but like him I have to many items in the ObjData folder and I can't select things. If he can't get them into a park use the same manual method above for the files he gives you.

  3. Since my thread got deleted for no reason (at least none given to me via PM) I guess "they" want me to tease here until I open the real thread! My future project teases...

Your post was removed because of rule number 3. Take a few seconds and please read the Game Forum Etiquette topic and you will never have anymore problems posting in the games forums here at TPR.

3.) Do NOT start a thread for a park if you only have one screenshot, or just a Photoshoped logo. We want quality posts and threads. Get your park, or track, started and moving along before you need to make an announcement. A video of your park will suffice, as those take time to put together and edit.

Anyway, I look forward to seeing what you have in the works.

  4. Dotrobot, your about to get my signature move (spinning trunk of death) unleashed on your Panda face!

Looks great Mastersax, I really hope this turns into a winner for you over at NE. Would love to see you on the front page.

    GOOD LUCK!

Yes, I can more than likely get guest into the park if your wanting to do that, just send it over in a PM and I will see what I can do. The little guys always help out in giving the park an inviting atmosphere.

  5. Relax buddy, I don't think Dotrobot was trying to be mean. I think it was supposed to light hearted.

As for your park I really think you need to just take a break from the park and do some small landscaping in the park from time to time. Then when something pops into you head jump back in and give it a shot. As for people not commenting on you park as much at other peoples work. Don't ever let that stop you from posting "YOUR" work. Also remember sometimes less in more in the world of RCT. You have a tendency to really show lots of pictures where only a few are really needed. Try to cut back a little bit and make your updates smaller and keep a few things to yourself about the park. You can show bits and pieces of these "PRIVATE" items in your other pictures but don't showcase them. When and if someone mentions an item you never talked about then showcase it or just say "it's a secret and you'll just have to wait to see more about it later or when the park is released".

  6. OK, here is the info for all the parks posted by Rezar.

six_flags_kentucky_kingdom_308_0... I can't get the park to open either.

    Missing DAT's

    8

    10

    11

So if anyone has them please post them and I will try again. I do know this the park requires WW/TT and may also have other loading issues. When I tried to load it is says I am missing DAT DEPRES70 and I have that one so I don't know what's going on, the park may corrupted.

As for the others I was able to get them all open. Below you will find a picture of the entrance to each along with and exported ZIP of the park and a RIDES ZIP containing all the custom rides included with the park. If I missed a ride the park still may not open so please let me know if you still need any DAT's to get them open.

six_flags_magic_mountain__2_... this park requires WW but other than that there were no problems with the park that I could find, it has just a few custom rides used.

six_flags_magic_mountain__3_ ... this park seems to be the very same Six Flags (Six Flags Magic Mountain.SV6) park that djbrcace1234 was able to open, I only looked at it quickly so I am be wrong the the entrance area and was exactly the same. I will post it anyway just in case it is somehow different.

cedar_point-orlandude... no problems with this one, but this park does have a LOT of custom rides and stalls. This is where I may have missed something, so let me know if I did.

  7. In this new park thread HERE the maker has two flats built over water. A twist and a launched free fall. Both us the walls under the rides I am referring to. Wooden Post was used on one and I think metal was used on the other. It hides the in-game ride supports and gives them that built in look. In the case for your ride I think the metal walls (the kind used on the top of the Oil Derick Elevator ride) would look great.

  8. I have seen them all, and I know which one I think won this but it's not my contest so I am not going to jump out with my pick for the winner... for the time being.

When it comes to NL I am not really one to be counted on for picking the "RIGHT" winner though, I don't look at G's or any other stats. I just ride in the front and the back do a few fly overs and go with what I think looked like the funnest ride.
