You can keep an eye on # of Timesavers left if you try and buy on mobile. 8 skips on any ride is good. The unlimited one also works well. But, probably not needed if you're there at open and stay till close on a weekday. If you did have one, I would imagine you could ride everything more than you care to. dollywoodwaittimes.com makes it easy to see daily wait times. They ping their wait times every 15 minutes. And those are typically a bit more than reality. TV said 35 min on LR, and it was less than 15 on Friday while we were there. -

Steel Eel has some airtime for sure. Most every hill you end up slamming back into the seat at the bottom. I thought it was great. -

LR running well lately. Was holding about a 10-15 min line the last couple hours they were open last night. Ops were pretty good, too. -

Parks have been open 10+ months, some with and some without masks rules. No indication of any spread at any of them. I did not boast about anything. I followed their rules and commented on it like folks have done for 10+ months now. -

If you disagree with park rules it's easy to stay away from the park. There is no rule you cannot wear a mask nor has that been suggested here. -

Some notes from today's visit: It's nice facemasks are nearly gone. Only time I wore one was when on a ride, restrooms and walking through the gift shop. Dollywood's food festival seems rather small, food wise. It's fairly uninspired, portions are small, and prices aren't great. We tried a few that were good, but nothing I'd get again any time soon. And the lines are long. And the average age of folks working the stands is up there so speed and/or urgency is not something you'll see. Blazing Fury is running very well now. Drops at the ends were really smooth tonight. First time on Lightning Rod since opening day. Great ride but it's def a 2.0 version. The quad down just isn't the same. Still tons of fun, but not exactly the same beast it was. New drop on Mystery Mine gives a tiny pop of air. Didn't hate it but the rest of the ride is still as rough as ever. -

Gold is still there. You select it after selecting a pass. No idea why they changed the way it's sold and made it more like an add-on. -

Word is water dummies are now on the Storm Runner trains. That's about it so far. -

Fast Track at Hershey isn't my favorite of the skip line systems. It's great for Fahrenheit and Great Bear. Many of the others sort of depend on the groupers and where they stop people. Preview night and a full day is probably enough to knock everything out and get a good number re-rides. Laugh Trak and Fahrenheit hold the worst lines typically. Knock those out first. Skyrush and the woodies are often station waits or better the last hour of the day. -

Breakers is great and all, location wise. I get the pros. But for plenty of people like myself, driving over in the morning and driving back after close is worth the $200/night savings. Just thought someone should defend the money savings side. And last year they gave bracelets at Express. You were able to drive over before anyone else, walk down the boardwalk and enter next to Magnum. They also said this wouldn't be possible last year and it was. Guess we'll see this year.
