If they have the line at 1.5 hours , they will rope it off 1.5 hours before close. Then, when they have an empty queue at 7:30 or 7:45, they will let folks still around ride some more til close at 8. Goal is have all rides done at close. Seems like people bitched enough last year that KI quit doing this. Not so lucky at The Point.

Single rider line on LR up and running today. Use the Timesaver entrance. Ride ops seemed to be in good spirits this morning. They seemed happy to let folks know they didn't have to wear masks on rides anymore and were doing it often. Crowd was picking up when I left around 11. Beautiful 70s today. Going to get busy, I bet.

Bill, get on the Six Flags train now while you can. Opening parks, running hypers year round, getting Zumj and Ka running together, Jersey Devil by Memorial day. This is a new company. Lol. Maybe.

Theres a huge bank of lockers to the left when you get to the stairs. To retrieve, you exit, go back to the entrance, then go down to the other side of the lockers. Just seems like it might be a god awful mess while they figure it out.

Really wish I could just watch SV opening weekend to see people dealing with the lockers. This latest experiment looks a bit crazy. Interested to see how the new lockers work out.

Anyone think these extensions might just at those parks? CW and Knott's? That same plat pass won't work other places after this year?

That's kind of what I was saying. Busch seems full steam ahead trying food fests, 2 rounds of a ticketed event many days, going year round in some form, etc. CF dragging their feet yet again here opening late, shutting down a coaster when it could prob run, waiting an extra year to build a bottom tier coaster, etc. Suppose it's more just disappointment in CF's approach to things the last year.

This park just seems very neglected and an after thought now. Now they are down another coaster potentially? With Busch down the street, KD seems kind of pitiful. And not a ton of stuff there. Oh well. I still hope to get there for a another day of Intimidator and Twisted.

What time do you typically arrive? If it's early before others, no.

That's great to hear. I actually skipped it last year because the line was so slow. Already had the credit and they were sending the 1 train every 5-10 min it seemed. Got 5 or 6 more rides on Phantom in the time I would have waited on Sky Rocket.

Steel Curtain valley'ed on Thurs or Friday, presumably because of cold weather. I think the plan is to have it running next weekend. If it were me, I'd get there at 10, get in the park, and head to Steel Curtain. Knock it out. Lines will be big for it this year. Skyrush (whoops, Sky Rocket) has run 1 train last year or two and will hold a line. Then get Racer both sides. On my visits last couple years those 3 were typically the longest waits.

Hate to hear the wheel may be gone. I haven't ridden it since 1982 and was hoping to catch it this year or next.

Batman at Fiesta Texas. Just as horrible as all the 4Ds that came after it.

At nocoastercon Dollywood sort of hinted their next coaster may be from a manufacturer they haven't used before. I think that's why many are assuming a Time Traveler type ride.

Yes. Slightly bigger lockers can be found near Guest Services. After entering, go left before the fountains and look to your left. It's tucked away back there.

Go Kart track isn't too bad. Another coaster nearby in PF is at NASCAR. And one at the island. Perhaps he has both of those.

Could fill in some numbers with mountain coasters if it's really important. Does he have Screamin' Eagle at Fun Spot Atlanta? Or maybe Cannonball at Lake Winnie? Also, Joker Funhouse is going to be a 50/50 credit. Plenty of days it doesn't run or valleys.
