  1. ^ Well we don't right now anyways, they're coned/roped off...

Then why is Hook's Lagoon still open if the water blasters and dump buckets aren't no longer working and the slides closed off?

Wait, are you suggesting we arent telling the truth? Have you never walked through hooks lagoon? There are plenty of things at hooks lagoon that make it worth it being open. Yet slot of the extras it used to offer do not work, which is disappointing

  2. Was anybody in the haunted house inside the old batman theatre? They could fit the same haunted house in the Magic Show theatre if they wanted to. What a waste. But the only thing that would make Motocoaster a nice ride, would be turning it into a dark ride. Motocoaster and Tantrum are terribly undersized for Darien Lake. But I guess most parks around the country are building smaller coasters. I still wouldn't shed a tear if they moved Motocoaster across the street in the ride grave yard.

  3. With Steel Curtain opening this weekend I can't help but wish for a Darien Lake/Buffalo Bills themed coaster.

They could make it a second hyper coaster (heck if Hershey can have 2 hypers right next to eachother, why not another park).

Theme it after a Buffalo Bills season:

    - Huge first hill to symbolize all the hope and hype at the beginning of the season

    - Large first drop to symbolize the neverending sense of dread after the Bills get blown out for the first time of the season

    - Big second hill because everyone Billeves and hope springs eternal

    - Hard hitting mid-course bakes with a dissapointing second half of the coaster

    - Make sure the coaster just kind of limps into the station and barely needs brakes at the end of the ride

*I say this completely in jest, I'm a Bills fan and one of the people who always has hope for the season

They can just name the predator this. I feel jumping through a table is about as painful as the last few rows...

  4. ^ I don't know that it's them "refusing" to set them up. Don't you think its possible there are other issues that are more pressing to them than setting up some small camping equipment?

I do agree, they have bigger issues. I was just thinking, it seems like even the original props they used, could be set up in an extremely short period of time. I think props were the best thing about the ride when it first opened. I feel any average person could set them up.
