At the park now. Does anyone know what's going on with Crazanity? This is the third week in a row I've come and it's been closed with no crew.
Maybe one of the motors up top broke. That seems to be the area they’ve been working on.

Anyone know what’s going on with West Coast Racers? They better not open the ride and area unfinished like they did with Full Throttle.

SFMM has a hard time hiring employees. Fright Fest is extremely understaffed even on Saturdays. They also have signs all over the park saying to apply because they don’t get enough applicants during the Fall, Winter, and Spring operating months.
-
Why does the park run 2 stations on Tatsu with only 2 trains? There are some instances when both trains are out on the track and everyone in the station is just standing there. They should only be doing this when they have 3 trains.

Does anyone know if this is the only sale they are gonna have on the dining pass? I remember I got mine last year like, in the middle of September. Just a little short on funds this check
Last Year, for Season Passes and the Dining Pass, they claimed the Flash Sale ended on a certain day but ended up extending the time by more than a week.

Do you think the chain was losing money on this 365 day campaign? I know a few days during the winter season there were only 2 rows of cars in the first parking lot. It was rare to see any guests on the midways during these days. It was mainly just employees walking to their position.

At the park right now and one thing that keeps bugging me. Everything is SO DIRTY! Like, can't they take a couple nights and pressure wash some areas of the park?
My favorite part of SFMM is the dirty walkways from all the vehicles driving on it during the closed hours. Another bonus is the filthy appearance of the trash cans. Are power washers not in the budget?

The park needs something BIG for 2019. Anything less won’t be able to steal the crowds from Star Wars Land. It’s possible the new Coaster could go over Roaring Rapids and the midways

All the people that visit the California parks have probably never been to a park on the east like Cedar Point. A majority of guests that visit SFMM don’t even know what Cedar Point is. They don’t have the experience of a true hyper or giga coaster because Goliath, is the biggest thing we got here in the highly populated California. It’s sad but very few people have been on rides like Nitro, Millennium Force, Fury 325, and Diamondback. Goliath is the best we got.

Goliath gets highly criticized by the enthusiasts but the attraction is extremely popular with the general public because it’s one of the biggest coasters on the west coast.

I like how at Knott’s there is no start or cut off time for their dining pass. It’s just a 4 hour wait in between your two meals. However, there is no snack with the Knott’s Dining Pass.

I’ve noticed when they are loading guest on CraZanity they are allowed to sit wherever they want meaning the guests leave empty seats in between each party. I wish it was like at SFDK where they have you start at one seat and fill all the rest in a circle with the employee making sure no seats are skipped.

Not sure if this was mentioned already but CraZanity does have Flash Pass, you head up through the exit

The line for CraZanity today was huge! All the switchbacks were filled and it was coming down the ramp.

The only reason I don’t think this is the case is because SFMM won’t have anything to really market with a new land and a name change on apocalypse. As Robb said before it has to be the spinniest, whateverest for them to invest in it. At the same time they could throw a new theme on apocalypse, add a name change, add some water effects and market it as the worlds first wooden liquid coaster. After they marketed the worlds first virtual loop on Justice League, absolutely nothing is off the table!
Where is the virtual loop on Justice League lol?

When I was there today everything besides the bathroom was closed in cyclone bay. I can't remember the last time I saw the coaster candy store closed! I have a feeling they're gonna completely close off the area soon.
They are probably going to close the whole area off when the summer season is over, most likely to make last minute profits off the paid attractions. It seems much easier to have the area closed rather than have all those fences there.

Remember that when Twisted Colossus opened we were promised 4 trains but only had 3 for awhile which were Blue, Orange, and Purple. As soon as we got the Green train the Blue got sent away. I have to give credit to the park for ordering 4 trains because 2 train ops on a busy day is a nightmare, it’s like running 1 train on that ride.
-
Twisted Colossus is running 3 trains today July 10th. The green train was on the storage tracks the last few days and it’s in a rough shape. On the green, Row 11 doesn’t work and some of the restraints make a squealing noise when pushed down and up. The refurbishment order went Orange, then Blue for what felt like a year, purple is getting refurbed now for what also feels like a year, and green should be next to go when purple returns. This is based off my observations of the attraction since it opened.

So they're sticking with the gold plus and up on Crazanity today (kinda) I tried to go on with my gold and they wouldn't let me, so I went and upgraded. So I'm standing in line, and the ops aren't even paying attention to the exit, so people are just walking up through the exit and getting in line without getting their passes checked. That's some bull! Other than that I've been on 5 times already and I'm gonna a go a couple more before I leave. Seriously outstanding ride!
Isn't the exit path and queue switchbacks separated by a metal fence? Or is it short enough to climb over?

Yes it has been open and usually with two trains.
