  1. Anyone bashing CedarFair1's YouTube videos just don't realize they're in a loud minority.

Sure if you don't like his stuff, you can simply not watch it.

I however have been following his videos since the wintertime and no one else goes to the lengths that he has with interviews, drones, everyday park appearances and willing to learn knew terms and practices to envision the new coaster.

THIS KIND OF THING DOESN'T USUALLY HAPPEN.

Every video he is getting more information and it's piecing everything together. Sure you can watch Coaster Studios, TPR, Coaster Bot or a thousand other type of channels, but none of them dive this deep into details. He is even expanding to other Cedar Fair parks like Carowinds and Cedar Point and bringing a following with him.

A half a year ago when he started the channel he was rocking like 130 people or w/e... now he is almost at 5,000 subscribers with well over a quarter million views. Clearly someone is enjoying this info.

He has put countless hours and his own money into doing this. Is it perfect? F?ck no.... but is he getting better at creating videos and discussions then back in March? Leaps and bounds... absolutely.

If you're too lazy to click on a play button and actually see moving pictures and a voice that helps you understand what you are seeing then I don't know why you are on a chat forum to begin with.... there's way too much clicking involved in the first place!

Haha chill out people. He is the main reason you're even on CW's sub forum this often anyways.

  2. Haha during my very little research with a colleague of mine, I Predict they speak for literally hundreds of millions of people.

Welp there you have it folks. No one knows about Ziz.

I never heard of any of these names prior to their construction. But I learned enough about them afterwards. If people can get behind Rougarou God damnit, they can get behind this one too..... but they have to wait for the next coaster first.

  3. I would highly recommend checking out Toronto. The res over 50 micro breweries in the city plus a plethora of great Restaraunts from practically every culture. The festivals and markets every weekend are great and I would highly recommend on a good day to check out the islands just a ferry ride from downtown to rent a bike and plan a picnic. There's a lot to do here.

  4. Based on this thread, I think I'll squeeze Niagara Falls and Marineland into my Toronto trip if weather permits / dictates.

I have all of US Memorial Day weekend (in Friday evening, out Tuesday morning). But if I only get two days of good weather, should I rush Canada's Wonderland to be able to do this?

For the love of God don't rush Wonderland. Stay two days if need be, especially if it's the long weekend. One unique Arrow Coaster is not worth rushing one of the best Cedar Fair parks. I guarantee you will regret it an hour after arriving to Marineland and realizing there's not much to do and a lot of walking to do it.

Spend a day with the coasters and another day dedicated to flats if you want. The water park is decent as well given the weather is nice. Stay for the food, scenery and a multitude of shows.

    CW is worth the money.

  5. Six Flag's should buy Marineland in Niagara Falls.

That park has a decent enough group of rides to start off with plus loads of unnoccupied land to make plenty much needed expansions. It's a border park with millions of annual tourists a year just a quick drive away and has the potential to rival Wonderland given the right management. It would just depend on how much money SF would be willing to invest into a single park while at the same time try not to overload it like Geauga Lake.
