To be fair, the second screenshot is the only one you could conceivably call tacky, and to be honest they've probably just stuck a whole bunch of new stuff together in one pic to show some possibilities. The worm stuff definitely doesn't fit with the sci-fi Robocoaster and new tesla-style light fitting. Plus to decide that an entire expansion is "tacky" based on 8 screenshots is just a tad premature. And yes Time Twister wasn't a great expansion, you could argue it was a big pile of elephant doo-doo but I don't think it's fair at this point to compare Wild! to it. Wild! already has new rides, new gameplay possiblities with animals as well as the obligatory scenery and scenarios compared to Time Twisters paltry scenery and new scenarios, many of which were barely average. Based on what Frontier achieved with Soaked! we have every reason to believe Wild! will be at least as good. And even though TT was a terrible expansion it still sold shedloads!!! Edit: Also, it would be better overall if you could intelligent describe your issues with what you have seen so far instead of using childish off the wall comments like "freaking tacky". Using comments like that don't generate discussion, they just make you look childish.

RCT4?
Sir Clinksalot replied to coasterdude5's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Tunnels were put into RCT3 in the Soaked! Expansion, I do wish they'd improve them so you can enter terrain vertically though. As it stands at the minute it's quite functional (Identical to RCT2 in functionality) The only things I'd like to see them add for RCT4 really are more realistic entrance/exits and station pieces. Diagonal and Curved path pieces would be nice too to get rid of that GRIDDY feeling most parks suffer from. I love how RCT3 plays now with Soaked! and I have high hopes for Wild! It does have it's niggly faults though but overall it's a pretty good game. -
Thanks for posting a link to the two new pics coasterdude5.... I'm a bit slow today By the looks of the 2nd pic it seems like we will be getting some sort of Giant Garden theming (from the look of the worms at least) and some Dinosaur theming maybe ? (based on the dino skeleton and the new dino kiddie ride) And that Giant Ferris Wheel is huge !!! As for the 1st pic, elephant rides look cool, it seems they might follow the flags you can see on the ground. As for the Robocoaster, I hope they include the Thrill Ride version as well as the coaster prototype. It does look VERY cool though. It looks like a few new stalls as well, there is a Safari Hat stall and the dino head stall might be food ? It's looking very cool so far, I'm getting pretty excited. If we get some upgrades for existing coasters as well then it'll be great. Having two prototype coasters (The Robo and the Seismic) is a neat addition.

Do they sell Blu Tack in the US? -
^ I was trying to be funny!

Everyone here seems to hate poor old KFC! Why is that? Does it taste the same in the US as it does here? If it is the same then OMG why do you dislike it? We only eat it every few months cos we don't live anywhere near one, but we love the stuff! ^ Oh and Taco Bell is in the US!

I am four years younger than my brother and when i was about 10 i chased him around with a kettle full of boiling water cos he laughed when my favourite football team let a goal in. That wasn't too harsh was it? We get on quite well now we are old! But i have made his nose bleed before! We used to really hate each other! I can honestly say we have tried to kill each other lots of times! It was all fun!

^^ yeah, it's crazy that there are loads of guys who like guys but no girls who like girls. Why is that? BTW I'm a girl who likes guys. (well, one guy in particular!)

Kristi woke up this morning, checked our account and MY CHECK WAS NOT DEPOSITED!! Panic mode set in. I checked, it was there. Relief. Gregg "I hate living pay-check to pay-check" C. -
Wow Allison. I hope you continue to get the support you have received already. When I was growing up one of my Mom's bosses (he was a chiropractor) was a pre-op transexual. This was in the Mid-80's and he was a female going to a male. Married, had kids (adopted of course). I didn't know it at the time, didn't find out until MANY years later. I think it's awesome that you are comfortable enough with us here on TPR to reveal something like that. I think it says ALOT about the people on this board.

^The only thing that sucks is on the weekend my body stays on this schedule so I have a hard time staying up with Gregg. Well, I WAS having a hard time, but lately it has been easier. Mr. Six, yes, I gag every morning I have to get up and go to work. Hopefully once we move next year and I can maybe go to cooking school I can actually do something I want to do instead of something I have to do. Kristi "counting the days to our trip to VA!!! 55 to be exact! " C. -
^^^ Good for you for being brave and telling us all about this! I am sure it was not easy for you. I don't think anyone will judge you for this on here and if they do, well that is their problem! Kristi "sorry you lost some family but we are all here!!" C.

Do I REALLY look like this guy?
Sir Clinksalot replied to Sir Clinksalot's topic in Random, Random, Random
Honey, it does NOT look like you, honest. Maybe when you get mad you look like that, but thankfully that only happens once in awhile. You are much sexier and cuter and I am not just saying that because you are my husband. Kristi "be nice to my husband!" C. -
^I don't think you look like that, that "thing" is ugly and you my dear are not! Kristi "thinks her husband is really cute " C.

^^ lol, my day starts at 3am when I get up for work. I usually leave our house between 3:30 and 4 and it takes 20 min to get to work. It is 4:45am right now. I love my hours. I am off then at 2pm and as soon as I get home Gregg leaves for work. Kristi "is a total morning person!" C. -

Elissa pointed it out, saying that I looked like this guy. I guess maybe I do, but I hope I'm not THAT ugly. What does everybody think? And be nice, or at least be funny if you aren't going to be nice.

Well, according to everybody I look like ... <-------------------THIS!!!!

I forgot to DVR this show last night and I'm mad. Then again, I really don't need another show that I HAVE to watch. Come September I will have a show every night ... I think.

Credit Question
Sir Clinksalot replied to pianojohn's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I have taken a little bit from each side. I don't count relocated coasters. So La Vibora (Sarejevo Bobsleds) and Batman-SFAW (Shockwave) only count once even though I have ridden the same ride in two locations. I did count JTA at Sea World because, IMO it has more coaster track than most kiddie coasters. Just because it has a flume portion and a flume drop doesn't make it a non-coaster. I also do not count Powered Coasters since, IMO they don't "Coast". I also count dual-coasters. Maybe once my count gets more respectable I will not count those. Gregg "Still not sure if the new Space Mtn will count or not" C. -
I agree with all of the above. When we went on our TX trip last year Kristi and I were SO out of shape it wasn't even funny. By the last day at SFOT we were beat, and we didn't have as fun of a day as we should have. We were irratable and just wanted to go home. We also didn't take care of our feet that trip. I think we all wore sandals the whole time. BIG MISTAKE. This year when we went up north we were in good shape, wore good shoes and didn't get tired at all.
