EDIT: I'm kidding, of course. We're all excited for InvadR (I haven't even been on Tempesto yet). But still it's always fun to speculate about the future, especially in the off season when we don't get many updates. But still I see your point.

I always thought they should re-theme New France to Norway, considering Canada isn't in Europe. It wouldn't be that hard. A few textual changes here and there, some grass on roofing. InvadR would be even more thematically appropriate!
I've thought this for while too. And while InvadR would make sense in Norway, it also makes sense in the context of Canada (Vikings attacking a fur trapping village). I don't think it'll change.
Also we really need Spain with a Maverick style Intamin coaster.

I've seen a lot of hate for Alpengeist (*cough* coasterstudios *cough*), but it's hands down my favorite invert. Yeah, that might be biased since BGW is my favorite park but still it's a great coaster.
Also, I really like Wildcat at Hershey. I definitely wouldn't mind RMC Wildcat but if they don't do it that'd be alright

I think after Invadr the next big project for the park may finally be a new country. One can only speculate what country and where.
- Spain
- Greece (maybe redundant with Festa)
- Nordic States
- Russia
- The Netherlands and/or Belgium
I'm grasping for ideas but some of these might be cool to see how they pull them off (because they would). And I have no idea where they would be.

I already did one for my home Park but I like doing this sooo
Busch Gardens Williamsburg:
1. Tempesto- Teal and orange are awesome together. Go Dolphins.
2. Apollo's Chariot- Purple and yellow are also awesome.
3. Griffon- Love the blue, light blue supports make it better.
4. Alpengeist- White track, teal supports. Looks great.
5. Loch Ness Monster- Yellow works, and it's iconic, so I like it.
6. InvadR- Light brown looks cool, especially with steel supports.
7. Grover- Good for a kid's coaster, but if it were any bigger I'd hate it.
8. Verbolten- Grey is kind of bland, kind of wish they encorperated yellow into the track.

Hershey Park
1. Fahrenheit- Love the orange and blue, especially in that compact layout
2. Skyrush- The yellow and sky blue work well together, especially on the lift hill.
3. Great Bear- All black invert ftw
4. SDL- Blue works really well with orange trains
5. Sidewinder- All black boomerang ftw
6. Stormrunner- Red and white is pretty good
7. Comet- White supports are cool
8. Wild Mouse- Blue supports are cool
9. Trailblazer- Black is kind of bland at this point
Note: Didn't include the woodies, Laff Trakk, or Cocoa Cruiser. Cocoa Cruiser would go right below Skyrush, though.

Fair enough, but I honestly think Griffon is kind of ugly.. at least compared to Sheikra which fits in to it's area perfectly. Don't get me wrong, it's not like it's going to be confused with Six Flags or anything, but I never thought that area was on the level of the rest of the park either.
I can see how you could think that, but I think Griffon is one of the most beautiful coasters in America. The way it stands out above the rest of France makes it seem bigger and more imposing, and the openness of the elements adds a sense of grace on and off the ride. SheiKra is also a good looking coaster, but I just think there's something about the way Griffon stands alone that makes it so great.
EDIT: And also, I usually think coasters that blend into their surroundings look better than ones that don't, but Griffon is a major exception for me.

Probably heading down to BGW this fall for the first time in about 2 years. I say probably because we were supposed to go in 2016 but decided not to because of a hurricane. So out of curiosity, how is Tempesto? Is it really better than its clones at SFDK and Holiday Park?
And also out of curiosity, anyone else's favorite coaster Griffon?

I started listening to a band I'd heard a lot about and assumed I'd hate, because this music isn't usually for me, but Dance Gavin Dance is easily one of my new favorite bands. Their amazing guitar work and clean vocals are not some of the best I've ever seen from any band. Their unclean vocals (screaming) and lyrics are both great as well but may take some getting used to. It's almost hard to classify them in a genre because of how they seamlessly switch between metal with screamed vocals and almost funk rock with their singer Tillian Pearson hitting insane notes. I love this band, but just know it's not for everyone.

The first time I rode Griffon I was scared shitless. I was only 7 though. Also Intimidator 305 because I was 11. Millennium Force freaked me out a bit (and that was recent ). I've been on 3 giga coasters and Fury 325 is the only one that didn't freak me out. Probably because of the B&M trains.

That probably costs way more money to do. Money is something Six Flags has a lot more of than Sea World, although their respective 2017 additions imply the opposite.
Parks that run coasters for their Holiday events aren't running them because they have money to blow, they're running them because they feel that they'll justify their cost by bringing guests to the park and through in park spending (skip the line passes, ride photos and merchandise) just like every other day of the year.
I'm not telling them how to run their business, I'm speaking from a personal perspective. I personally have no interest in the event but clearly they do quite well for themselves.
Also I've noticed the B&M coasters at BGW seem way more reliable than Six Flags'. I can't necessarily speak for Tampa or Sea World, but the B&Ms at BGW are almost never down. I actually can't recall a time where any of them have been. As for Six Flags, I've seen the opposite to be true. I've been to SFGAdv twice and 3 B&Ms were down at some point in the day.This is anecdotal and ridiculous. We've had Six Flags season passes every year for almost 20 years and go to Great Adventure multiple times a year and I've never seen a B&M closed for mechanical reasons for an extended period of time aside from Superman (but B&M flyers are always slightly more tempermental than their B&M counterparts). Even so, I've never once been there and seen a B&M closed all day which is honestly pretty remarkable. Since we're just throwing around anecdotal bullsh*t though I have been to Busch Gardens Williamsburg and seen Alpengeist down for mechanical reasons all day once, actually on our first ever visit to the park.

First of all, I never said they were just throwing around money. I'm not exactly a business expert so I didn't think of every possibility. Plus I was just stating what I saw and my experience. A few B&M's were down on my visits (and only for two hours, tops) and after reading about how Six Flags runs them in cold weather, I thought maybe there's a correlation. MAYBE. You're acting like I spoke like I absolutely knew everything I said was 100% true. Also calm down. We're literally on a theme park forum. It's not the end of the word if I propose some things that may not be true. No need to say what I'm saying is bullshit.

I dont know but Dorney looks pretty cool to me. No i never been there but it looks like it has fun rides too me. Steel Force looks a lot of fun and the other coasters look cool too. It also has two different drop rides! How many parks have two adult sized drop towers?? One of them also looks really unique. Not to mention the waterpark too. But thats just me. Im sure its no Cedar Point but still looks pretty fun.
Don't get me wrong it's a lot of fun! I've just enjoyed other parks more. Dorney's not an all day park you can get everything done pretty quickly

Honestly with Tempesto, Mako, Cobra's Curse, InvadR, and now Electric Eel all coming to Sea World parks, you wouldn't think at first glance that Sea World is having financial issues. I mean those are five coasters that are either expensive or pretty heavily themed. I don't know the full extent of their financial issues or what was said about the conference, but if they continue the expansion of their parks at this rate, I'd be more than happy.
Maybe it's possible that they don't build and open a new section of the park all at once, but rather open a few small rides and shops starting in 2019 or 2020, then expand gradually until about 2023 or 2024. Again, I don't know too much about Sea World's financial state or the exact ins and outs of the theme park business, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
