It would be cool if anheusur Busch (don't know how to spell it) bought the park.
If the park still had the zoo, I would definitely agree with you. But since they don't anymore, I think Paramount or even a local company will buy it.

Belgium just confirmed Pulsar. Maybe Holland will announce their's sooner rather than later.

Now the park has even better reason not to add more additions because they are doing "great". Michigan's Adventure is one of the Top 30 Destinations in the Midwest

I never realized how much more this park uses promotions and deals then the other parks do. I guess that's the only other way to keep people coming. It seems like they have a new deal every other week.

I wonder if Valvraven's front car will be shown at the B&M booth. At first I didn't think too highly of Cobra's Curse, but the more I look at it, the better it becomes.

Very nice adjustments to the area. I wonder if Cedar Fair is taking their time with Ghost Rider, to see if it would work on Mean Streak. Mean Streak has a much larger structure, so they want to start small.

What is an IOE revamped Mad Mouse?
I think our best bet is that the slides are repainted to brighter and more vibrant colors. I've always wanted them to look better. New coaster here we come 2̶0̶1̶7̶,̶ ̶2̶0̶1̶8̶, 20... screw it.

How busy is Gold Rush during the winter?
I know people are expecting a ride next year because it's the 60th anniversary, but I highly doubt it. The park had another busy year so there really isn't a need to boost attendance with a ride. Recent Cedar Fair history shows that anniversaries don't warrant big investments. If anything is coming to the park next year I would expect it to be a small scale anniversary celebration.
ValleyFair, Kings Domion and Kings Island all have/ had special events planned for their 40th anniversary. Also DorneyPark had events planned for their 130th year. Anyways, the people over on FaceBook are starting to get restless.

When I first saw the preview picture for Catwoman's Whip I thought it was a SLC due the car design. I wonder if Batwing is getting removed for either of the 2 rides.

Want to be in an upcoming photo shoot for a cable series? Want to ride Shivering Timbers, Wolverine Wildcat and Funnel of Fear a few times before we open for the day?
We need you! Thursday & Friday, September 3 & 4, we're looking for 40-50 riders to be "extras" in this project. On both days, you'll meet at Group Sales, located at the front of the park. You must arrive no later than 9:00 a.m. each day.
On Thursday. September 3, we're shooting on Wolverine Wildcat and Funnel of Fear. Shooting should conclude at 1:00 pm. On Friday, September 4, we're shooting on Shivering Timbers. Shooting should conclude at 11:00 am.
So if you're interested, please email your date choice, name, address and phone number to lbollenbach@miadventure.com. All riders must be over 48 inches in height.
If you are selected to participate, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you may not attend. Registration will close when all open spots are filled. No phone sign-ups will be taken. All riders will be required to sign an Appearance Release provided by the production company on the day of filming. All riders under 18 must have the release signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Geauga Lake was the broken condom that was thrown away. Wildwater Kingdom is the child that they don't want and are stuck with.

No, but it is depressing.
Does anyone know why they announce things so late in the year? I understand if they had a Halloween event to focus more on that, but they don't. They are all done the week after Labor Day.

Screamscape was reporting that Skyhawk ride was going to multiple Six Flags parks this years. I guess he was partly correct. Both are excellent additions. Cedar Fair is doing a great job with additions this year.

Kings Dominion got exactly what I was hoping this park would park. I love those giant Revolutions.

Don't forget that the maintenance crews don't want to maintain the rides, thus they aren't building any. They want very low maintenance rides. If that rumor is true, which I hope it isn't, because of how stupid it is.
