So much excitement today! I'm sure everyone is having a blast at Media Day right now.

That's something to ponder about. They said Skycatcher is fully erected. So, what could this be? . . . It's been really cloudy for a few days in louisivlle, so that pic cannot be from the last day or so. I think that's probably still skycatcher. True. I had to think about that for a moment after I posted my comment. LOL.

Usually a park that's very quiet has something coming in the near future. 2016 is more likely the year this park brings something BIG. What that "big" might be, not sure at this point, but it's coming. I'm just ready to see how many mouths will be dropping when Cedar Fair makes the 2016 announcements. If I hear the words " wing, hyper, giga, launched, or flying" I will be one of those whose mouth will be on the ground.

To everyone who's going to Fury 325 Media Day, please be thankful! Thankful that you get to experience a wonderful and fantastic coaster. RIDE ON RIDE WARRIORS! RIDE ON!

yeah that does... Never visit the same park twice? That is...well...interesting... Many think that's absurd, but it's my way of getting new credits and new parks off my bucket list. I try to do four new parks a year. This year it's Carowinds, Holiday World, Six Flags St. Louis, and Legoland Florida.

I'm just ready to see how this ride will compare to Universal's Spiderman or Transformers. I wonder what the other "surprises" might be for this ride.

So, will this tower have any color? I don't think gray is working too well.

It's amazing! I love it! Carowinds is looking great! Lol lol...are you always this happy and excited about roller coasters and theme parks? LOL! Of course! I'm a "theme park junkie!" I work as an Optician so my job is very flexible. I've been all over visiting new theme parks I haven't seen before. So far, I've visited twenty-four parks and still counting. I never visit a theme park twice. Why pay money to go back to the same park when I can use that money to visit a new park? Plus, I have no have no kids, single, and minimal bills. All my trips are paid in advance. I never wait to the last minute. I always buy the "best of best" i.g Fast Lane Plus at Cedar Fair parks. Platinum Flash Pass at Six Flags Park. If I had to add a coaster, so be it, I will pay for it. I live in the country, surrounded by trees, cows, and deer roaming all over the place. So being excited about new parks that I haven't visited yet gives me a chance to see new surroundings. So, YES, I WILL BE VERY EXCITED! I think that sums it up. LOL.

Did anyone else notice the seatbelts at the 12-13 second mark? Sorry if it's been discussed already, I just noticed it for the first time. Yes. When I rode Diamondback at Kings Island, I didn't even notice the seat belts. I still was floating out my seat.

April, where are you? I'm ready to ride Fury 325! LOL. I'm trying to be patient, but it's hard to do at this point.

I find it very interesting how people are able to be THAT CLOSE to construction! You would think they would need hard hats. LOL. I would love to see a coaster construction with a view like that. I know it's a great sight to see!

May is the month I'm trying my best to make a first time visit. I think the week leading into Memorial Day Weekend should be perfect! Schools will still be in. People will be at work. Coming all the way from Alabama I need to make sure lines will be at a minimal. Especially for Thunderbird. But then it might turn around and be the busiest week of them all. LOL. Oh well. Do anybody know if that's a great week to visit?

I love the new map! I just hope it's the ones that are already folded. I collect theme parks map from every park I visit, and I'm not a big fan of the flat maps. Oh well, I'm still grabbing one before I leave the park.

Watching the webcams really put a smile on my face. All the work that goes into getting a park ready for a new season is . . . well . . . amazing! The concrete is being poured. Parking lot is almost finished. It seems as if they're adding grass around Fury. I know many people are going to miss the old entrance, but you guys have to admit this new entrance plaza is SPECTACULAR! When I visited Cedar Point for the first time in 2013, the entrance was great. Carowinds is going in the right direction. And I hope the other Cedar Fair parks will receive the same treatment in the future.
