2) 2015: Could it be a Star Flyer? WindSeekers won't work because of there single rail system and that's against the single rail system law in California.
Why would CGA get a star flyer when SFDK has one?
CGA does not have a 150 foot limit like SFDK so they could make it 301 ft.

Mean Streak is a beautiful ride, but the ride experience is lacking. It's boring, but at least the recent track work made it a tolerable ride. The only good thing I have to say about Mean Streak is that you get a good sense of speed. Cedar Point needs a great wooden coaster and I think Mean Streak could fill that spot. That means RMC will have to change the layout and use topper track. I think this would easily turn Mean Streak into a top 5 wooden coaster.
I would also be happy if Mean Streak was replaced with an Intamin pre fab airtime machine. I'm a huge Intamin fan so I like this idea more. I can only imagine what Intamin could build on that huge plot of land . This must happen!
Cedar Fair hasn't order a coaster from Intamin in 4 years.

Iron Cyclone here we come! Taller, faster and steeper is what's coming. Six Flags New England will definitely be on the map for a park every coaster enthunaist will want to go to next year.

How did that name get suspended? I haven't heard anything about that. I'm thinking pipe scream attraction. They could use something spinning.
1) They already have a Mega Disk-O', Tiki Whirl.

3) Centurion got suspended back in February because Centurion, Inc in Libertyville, Illinois already owns the trademark to it. 325 foot giga coaster called Fury 325 for Carowinds 2015!!

So the announcement leaked through a local radio station and while I don't want to ruin the parks attempt for a surprise I'd like to say that next year you should expect one of the largest capital expansions in SFNE history, check the parks twitter @sf_newengland tomorrow morning for the announcement!
Jeez. Zip ya lips Mr. Local Radio. The General Public hates spoilers.

Say good bye to any hope that this coaster would be named Centurion...the trademark got suspended back in February.

There's already businesses named Centurion and that's trademarked so hello 325 foot tall Fury 325!

I could see an AquaTwist coming to SFOT. However, it'd be even better to see a new coaster. I know they aren't the best rides out there, but I feel a B&M Wing coaster would work well. X-Flight clone, anybody?
$50 for that! That's the best fit for them, especially since Six Flags loves doing clones.

I just tweeted about being 1/2 way through w/ 66 Days At Sea and made the prediction of something like Cheetah Hunt. Then Holiday World RTs. Twitter is: @CoasterChitChat
Maybe they'll get one.

What about Kings Dominion adding in a winged roller coaster next year? That would be a good fit.

Good for theme. I'll be headed to Six Flags Great America to ride Goliath. I can't wait to see how RMC Coasters are. I know they are AWESOME!!

Cedar Fair recently trademarked the name "Fury 325".
I wonder if this could be the name for the new ride. Follows the same kind of naming convention as "Intimidator 305".
This is an old rumor from Screamscape, but Knott's Berry Farm is going to add a 325-340 feet giga from Intamin, but Cedar Fair doesn't really order coasters from Intamin anymore since they LOVE B&M. Maybe that trademark is for Knott's next coaster.

Cedar Point sends the trains to PTC every winter for rehab. The ride is OK at the beginning of the season but it just gets way rocky, shaky at the end of the season. If they tore it down, I hope they install a RMC Woodie with most inversions, tallest (200 ft but NOT like Son of Beast,) fastest, steepest wooden roller coaster in the world. I know it sound dumb, but Cedar Point loves breaking the record. Cedar Fair loves trying new stuff with Cedar Point, for example, Magnum XL-200, Raptor, Mantis, Millenmum Force, and GateKeeper. They tried those and they all successful expect for Mantis. They put the successful style coasters out at their other parks. They could do a GCI Woodie, but it just isn't that good for Cedar Point. GCI makes woodies in the 50 MPH range while Cedar Point needs a 60+ MPH woodie. If they RMC Hybired it, it's OK, and Texas Giant is similar so it would be nice, but it think they need some more wooden coasters, a QUALITY wooden coaster.

The law came in effect AFTER Knott's installed it and it was inspected for the 1st time. Then, after the breakdown, the state of CA refused to sign off so CF decided to send it to WOF.
