I rode mantis once when i went on my trip to cedar point. I didn't find it that bad as anyone is saying it is. I actually found it the least painful stand up I've been on. Also why are they still calling them selves the coaster capital?

Were we expecting this kind of ride cause this really took me by surprise. I was expecting some other flat ride. It just seems kind of 90's to me.

At least the supports will be a blueish grayish to go with the orange track better.

They are now saying it only effected a certain part of the park and really only effected millennium force, Iron Dragon and Power Tower

Yea it would have to be the first hill its the only part that is powered. I bet after this year the park will be advertising the next year and new ride as super safe and may add a family ride.

good trip report. just found it weird you went from Maine to CT then back to Maine with out hitting credits on the way up.

Heading out to park tomorrow. Anyone know how the crowds are recently. Or anything to look out for or photograph about cyclone?

This happened to me on King DaKa. I had a fast pass got on about 3 times in a row insanely fast (don't know how) and i had a major head ache. Something about doing 120 mph several times in a row.

One of my pet peeves are when S&S towers have an extra leg they don't use. Just add one or only have 2 towers

So SFNE online brought up the rumor about them removing the sky ride. It could make sense since the manufacture closed and the maintenance cost is too high. (ie. colossus,night wing,time warp, spider, twister, catapult). Also before flashback was moved to the park the entrance to the cyclone was over there (can still see the stairs from the station) so the line will probably be longer then the que can fit. so it would make sense to move the it down where the north end station is.

Well from the looks that pretty much sums up RMC is doing something to the coaster However they could just be removing as they do a lot of coaster work. But most likely be coming an iron cyclone,But from way they are advertising it may be something different from the other Parks getting the iron horse or what ever its is called.

Don't think so if you stand as tall as you can in the beginning its not that bad. But green lantern is rough ride and isn't as smooth as the other stand ups like Mantis

Can anyone else see the park getting the Led Zepplin ride/time machine from music freestyle park and put it in the back next to the lake. it would be the perfect fit and bring a lot of people to the park.

Bizarro is going downhill. It use be a lot better. The last time I was there it wasn't tat bad. It was good for the first half then when it went to the spaghetti bowl it slowed down a lot! also at some points the train would randomly slide side to side.

I believe a ride like that was also at action park in vernon NJ. Do you know what company built those?
