  1. And no mention of troublesome trucks - best kiddie coaster evah!
  2. I'd take the theming, family friendlyness and operations of europa park, and combine them with the thrils of a 6 flags park somewhere! or the history of a knoebels, kennywood or blackpool, and combine it with disney style theming...
  3. Damn! Looks like mine`s still in transit
  4. Whenever something goes wrong - it's either the post office, or maggie thatcher's fault.
  5. Hope it get's there soon - I think Santa had to fly it across the atlantic. Not that it was sent by me of course.....
  6. Ahh yes - same username as my regular account!! silly me!
  7. should I have had some details through email by now, or will it be all in my welcome pack? The paypal receipt says I'm order no. 2157
  8. Another thing i'd like to see - is if you load a coaster or park which uses some custom scenery or objects which you don't have, it will tell you what you need rather than just crash, and also a way of showing what bits in a coaster or park use custom scenery , so you can make a list to tell other people if sharing.
  9. What about a little peepy hole drilled between the mens and ladies restrooms?? seriously - how about an "anti management" mode type thing - take on a really awesome park, and run it down through bad operations and silly rules?
  10. Looks pretty neat so far - I had a quick play with hyper rails, and rather liked the flexibility to reshape track pieces, but found the whole program a little too buggy. It looks like it TPS will be easier to select an individual point within a large, complex layout than rct3 does too - so another thumb up. When I'm designing rides in rect3 - i'll start with the ride, and do a POV of it, and tweak the ride until the POV looks nice I'd like the facility to freely edit my rides / parks with noone inside, and none of this "night/day" "winter/summer" guff one feature I'd really like to see is better "buildings/enclosures" for track rides and coasters (and water rides?), I'd love to be able to select the ride I'd just built the track for, and a style of building, and have that appear around the ride, and I'd then like to: 1 - Select sections of track to be outdoors (like on some ghost trains) 2 - add embellishments 3 - be able to edit internal walls and floors 4 - have realistic doors (auto open or slam style) 5 - create adjustable lighting / truly dark rooms 6 - stop / start sections with cool ride effects I'd also like to be able to select an area and click "picnic area" or "shopping area" and it would create stalls / seating to start me off. As others have said - curvy paths would be nice And interactive kiddy water area's would be nifty!
  11. Ride wise - it's difficult to say, but there may be certain situations when I may do - eg - if it's a cred I've made a special trip for, or at a park which I won't visit again for a while (and then - only if I've done everything else)
  12. Cool- just sold my soul for a bauble..
  13. Spread rumours. Wait until you reach an indoor section and fart. conga! mobile phone / tablet surfing portable gaming
  14. eeeks - got it sent on saturday, sorry it's a day late - the elves added a little extra to compensate!!
  15. 'sok - but Lego Technik is gods own construction toy of dreams......
  16. Oh my - the first week of december;'s creeped up on us, my package will be sent on saturday! It;s still 2 days before the last recommended shipping day for parcels to the US!! PS - anyone shipping from the uk to abroad, the post office offers "small packet" rates for anything up to 2kg - and that's less than a tenner!
  17. I wouldn't say that aggressive was always a bad quality to have in a ride - Skyrush, blackpools wild mouse, grand national are certainly aggressive, but still awesome! but then we have rides like furius baco, mean streak, bandit (movie park), which are just awful! I think a ride that's too aggressive would result in pain, and maybe bruising, but a ride that's too intense may result in BLEUGH!
  18. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Anyway - diet coke tastes different in different countries: France - just about drinkable Germany - nasty Holland - MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM uk - good america - same as uk Have to say my fave atm is pepsi max!
  19. I wonder what they'd say if someone had a camera surgicallly implanted into their forehead?
  20. I haven't done top fun's, silver bullet or patriot - but I'd say batman for the delicious intensity throughout!
  21. I like the fact the mods do such a good job of keeping the forums noise free (even if I don't always think a topic lock is warranted). I love the photo +video reports, particularly the "wheeeeeeeeee"'s I love the secret santa And I love the way Robb is going to send me a free ticket for next years tours!! (well - no harm in trying!!)
  22. I was lied to by a bin in Pleasurewood hills! It was one of those "talking" one's which thanks you for putting your rubbish in them. Anyway after thanking you for disposing of your rubbish correctly, it added "Gracias.... That's Italian, for thank you!"
  23. There's a rapids and a log flume and a powered coaster which are all right. Lots of kids rides. But the majority of family rides have either been removed or burnt down. It's crazy that 12 years ago Thorpe really didn't have thrill rides. Yeah - The park is principally aimed at thrills, which I think is a bit of a mistake, and they need something really good for families. Flying fish (the powered coaster) is a pile of turd though! I can't say I've ever had a bad day at thorpe though - even on busy days, and I rather like saw!
  24. I clicked and: hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....
