  1. Anyone know what's up with Green Lantern? When I went on Satuarday there were 10+ incidents where riders re entered the station at an odd angle and could not be set into the loading position without a mechanic.

Has anyone ever seen Insane have this problem as well? I just remember it happening a LOT on Saturday...

Yea, that's pretty much normal. I guess it goes with the nature of the ride. It happened around the same amount of times on my 38-ride single rider marathon session in December. Hopefully they're working on a way to speed up the process of putting them right-side-up when this happens, as they said in the Q & A.

  2. How are we going to get a backstage tour of Silver Bullet if 70% of it is over water?...

Just like under the station and electrical stuff near the station? (Which, don't get me wrong, would be totally cool too)

I was thinking about that too... I'm most likely going to do the Montezuma's Revenge tour if we can only do one, followed by the roundhouse tour as my second choice, with Silver Bullet being last.

  3. Agreed. I have ridden Green Lantern at least 30 times, and not once have I had an issue...um down there. All my rides have been fun and enjoyable. And I haven't heard anyone complain about the other Zac Spin incarnations. What is it with Americans and finding some kind of pain on any ride that doesn't move in a straight line.

I'm with you, I've had no pain down there on my 50+ rides on it. Only a few times can I recall any pain in my stomach area, and those were on very imbalanced rides where I was going through the initial turn head first...

  4. Viper would have to be the worst ride in the park, my left ball still hasn't drop from riding that coaster three months ago....Scrap metal sounds about right!

That award would have to go to Revolution, IMO.

If I were you, I would hope that QueerRudie doesn't see that, or you'll feel the wrath... I have Nina as my least-favorite. I like to use the term least-favorite over worst because every coaster is special.

  5. Not to take away from Robb's point about Cedar Point being the better choice (and I would agree based on what I know without having been there), but I'm surprised Robb didn't mention Tatsu. Also, being a SoCal local, I've had *many* rides on X2. I've had my fair share of rough rides, but I wouldn't call that the norm. But Tatsu.

    You'll still have a blast!

  6. From what I've heard, Disney really doesn't want to infringe upon your "DIsney experience," so they try to stay as much away as possible from having to deal with stuff like this. This is why they let you take photos of your on-ride photos, etc...
