  1. A few weeks ago, I went to New York for 4 days and I was able to take 623 photos. Obviously, I'm not sharing all 623 photos, but I chose the fifty best photos of the bunch. These are unedited photos (other than some rotation and cropping). In the captions are the names of the most prominent buildings in each photo. Enjoy: Silver Towers Silver Towers 1 WTC & 7 WTC 1 WTC & 7 WTC 1 WTC & 4 WTC W New York Downtown New York by Gehry New York by Gehry Municipal Building New York by Gehry 2 Gold Street (far back) 1 WTC Continental Center Left to Right: 55 Water Street, 1 Financial Square, 111 Wall Street, 120 Wall Street, & Continental Center 1 Chase Manhattan Plaza 40 Wall Street 20 Exchange Place 55 Water Street Left: 17 State Street, Right: 1 State Street Plaza Black building: 1 Battery Park Plaza Left: 1 Battery Park Plaza, Right: 17 State Street Whitehall Building 26 Broadway 1 WTC 2 Broadway Building 1 Battery Park Plaza Lever House 432 Park. 2. ^Missing Belmont Park's Dipper is no big deal, it's my least favorite wooden coaster in California (ridden every woodie in CA except Gold Striker).
  3. Isn't it a good thing that Europe doesn't have parks like SFMM?
  4. Just because SFStL is getting a Boomerang doesn't mean they won't be getting a new major coaster in a long time. Look at Carowinds, they received a B&M Hyper one year after they received a used Boomerang. Now, I don't expect SFStL to get a B&M Hyper in 2014, though I can see a good chance for something major for SFStL in the next few years.
  5. It's hilarious that Parc Asterix plays calm music around Goudurix, found at 4:00 on the video.
  6. I'm glad there's one less parachute drop in a RCT3 park, I've seen too many RCT3 parks having this ride. Anyways, I can't wait to see what your new attraction will be. Also, the park looks a bit too blocky. If you can make it less blocky, the park would look better.
  7. You can tell on those photos that they aren't done painting Boomerang.
  8. ^I agree with Dan. I prefer a shorter, more intense roller coaster than a longer, less intense roller coaster. Plus, with all this unused space, I can see future attractions being added into that area.
  9. Hurricane (SCBB) was OK in my opinion. The diving turn was the only very exciting part of the ride. It became a bit more rough when it was getting closer to its removal date at SCBB. Though, I do think it's good to see another park receiving Hurricane. Hurricane will probably become Western Playland's best roller coaster as the other two are just a Pinfari Zyklon and a Miler kiddie coaster.
  10. For those who rode Gold Striker, do you prefer it over Flight Deck?
  11. I wonder if anyone can guess what video I chose for the very last April video? It has to be a Wacky Worm.
  12. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1PDIBTS_xDQ A few weeks ago, there was double stacking, so it's great that they are doing much better operations now.
  13. I'm a skyscraper diagram illustrator and I must say you did a good job on the building, though I'd make it a bit skinnier, if it is possible.
  14. Wow, this looks amazing. Keep up the good work!
  15. Sorry for taking so long for the new update, I was busy the last few weeks because of my visit to New York. That's not too far-fetched...
  16. A few amusement parks in Asia and Mirabilandia have ferris wheels much taller than Colossus.
  17. It's good to see that you won. Honestly, your model was my favorite of the three.
