Vengeance - Knex Coaster
mcjaco replied to Commando's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
K'nex coaster threads, when posted, usually get a lot of hits. They're cool and everyone can relate to them, and the work that goes into them. So......keep us updated! -
Yep. Because a 23 year old shold question a 37 year old on his memories of the ops of said coaster, and demand a press release (which is worthless as it won't say anything anyway). And read, he said it had three trains, but the third never ran. I recall (since I'm old) a third train sitting on the transfer track in the early years, while two other trains ran.

Wonder if the movie will ever see the light of day, or if it does, a game sequel will re-emerge. I say we do something along the lines of a Turkeyday contest, and then a Frosty/Rudolph/Hannakuh Harry/Santa themed contest for the Holidays.
-
I'd say we come up with a "bigger" contest for Thanksgiving break. And another one for the Holiday breaks. And if you guys could find a way to get more hours in a day, I'm for that too. As long as they're to be used as non-work hours.

Um, no. Not only is this spamish, but we have a video game thread.

QFT. Pumking is still my all time favorite, IF they make it with real pumpkin. The years they switched to canned pumpkins....not so much. Another good one is Lakefront's Pumpkin Ale.

^ Does it continue the story? I loved how it rolled through the what ifs, on things you either accomplished or didn't at the end of the game. Very cool way to end it.

^ This guy specializes in meads. He wins a ton of local competitions every year, and the sweet potato mead is probably one of best known creations. It's a really wonder brew for this time of year. Just a slight hint of sweet potato. I'm lucky to know some really wonderful home brewers around here.

Sure you are Reed. Sure you are. -
I just finished Marvel Ultimate Alliance last night. It's been sitting on my shelf for three years!
-
Had a couple of New Belgium Hoptobers on Sunday, along with a local home brewer's very awesome Sweet Potato Mead.

I should be around this weekend. I'll try and pop in regularly.

I'm on the case.

^ Shame we had to ban the Patriots #1 fan here.

I'd move on, but let Puffer know his apology is not accepted. Apologies don't always need to accepted, and I think they shouldn't be just because they're offered. -
Just had a Stone Levitation at lunch.

Just like Bullfrog's Theme Park. As hokey as that game was, the "3D" ride on cutscenes, made it fun. -

Honestly, I think the franchise is dead anyway. RCT3 killed it. It's resource hogging ways just limited it to way too many people. That was the greatness of the orignal RCT, it could run on really crappy PCs (like mine was at the time). Someone is going to have to buy the rights away from Atari to get it rebooted. IMO.
