I threw my back out last February, literally from coughing while sitting down. I ened up going to the ER, to which the docotr stated it was one of the worst cases of back spasms they'd ever seen. It was the most painful thing I have ever experienced. I work in insurance so, I don't have much faith in chiropractors. They seem to over and mis-treat simple things. I will say that a weak back is typically related to tight leg muscles (especially hamstrings) and a weak abdomin (two things I have). Once I got my back "loosened up," I started a stretching regimen for my legs and my back. I also started doing crunches regularly. In the past three months my back pain is virtually gone.

Oh man, I logged off 30 minutes too early last night. I can't wait to get my email when I get home (stupid work, won't let us access personal accounts). Glad to hear that there's a lottery, that seems more fair. Either way, my deposit is on the way!

I have the complete 1988 Topps baseball card set still in shrink wrap. Last I checked it was worth a whopping $9.00.

They used to have that horrendous Toboggan that's up at Little A-Merrick-A too. That was my first ever credit. Ouch!

Sad. I hadn't heard anything since the article written a few months ago. This was my first "theme park" visit....when I was about 4 or five. Hope they get it open as Kiddieland is also in trouble.

Very cool. We play on a field that's only 310 down the lines and 350 to center. Lots of wood bat games at that field! Is there a lot that goes into being an ump at that level???

Cool TR. Glad to see "Blue" has a of a good time as the players. As I'm on the other side (I still play in the MSBL), we have a pretty good time with some of the umps. I emphasize, some. That's a great looking field too! What are the demensions for Pony League?

I did the same thing through college. Wasn't told of the dangers of missing payments and opening multiple lines of credit. Took me 8 years to pay it all off. I also just did a credit check since we're looking into purchasing a home. Everyone, please check your credit history!!!! One of the credit bureaus had so much incorrect info on me, I had a credit score with them of 250. Someone with the same name, different state, had multiple mortgages and gas cards. A seven page letter and a lot of sleepless nights, it's all fixed. Unfortunately, in this world we all have to watch our backs more closely.
