  1. Those of you who followed the parks recreation for v1.0 & v2.0, unless I can find a copy of it accidentally saved somewhere.. it all has to be recreated over again. My link to 1.0 is gone, i don't know where a copy of the file is and 2.0's download is corrupted; it wont load and i don't know why so i'm just going to have to start from the beginning. To view some of the pics of old and to get an idea what I will be working on though slowly as I have to share my PC.. here is a link to the former park projects now defunct... Virtual Tomarrowland/Space Mountain attempt using RCT3 v2.0 .... http://www.ataricommunity.com/forums/showthread.php?t=602433 WDW Tomarrowland/Space Mountain is a new (WIP) or work in progress that will likely be from the ground up.. as i go along I will post pictures of the park as it is being developed and put up a download link when its finished. Also, the park is being created by people who have put much effort into creating custom scenery to make this park look more authentic, they do expect credit for their work. I will place the creators, custom scenery packs, cars, etc. & links to their downloads here as installing their scenery will be required in order to run the park in RCT3. Its fairly easy to install the custom scenery, taking maybe 2-3 minutes to install each. Oh and finally before i begin.. this park is being created & scenery tested using Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 Platinum (that is the one with the original RCT3 plus soaked and wild all combined). I don't of course put any guarantee's to the scenery or the park created here, i didn't even make the scenery. All I can say is that with my version of the game, unless I mention otherwise here, it is working fine with this version of the game. Special thanks to the following creators (their usernames are taken from the former atari forum), without their efforts, this park couldn't happen. This also constitutes the list of custom scenery, cars, etc. that has to be installed to run this park since I am building this park with them... as I use them, I will give credit, the filename & its link below.. scenery creator (special thanks to...)-----------------------------scenery name:-----------------------------link to download scenery:
  2. Sounds cool.. love the development of your park.. hoping theres a download soon.. meantime all the best
  3. hey mcjaco.. You may or may not remember me from the old forum, asking about not missing the detail with jiyi; I can see you've done it and the rest of epcot plenty of justice.. its been a while and i've basically fallen off the map, bought a house amongst other things.. well now with my dvi to hdmi cable and a 52" Sharp HDTV, RCT3 looks better than ever. I was hoping you might have a download link of your great park. I have to admit, I thought lag was going to be a big issue with large parks but I now realize that the pentium core 2 duo or later and a generous amount of memory has run just about any park I threw at RCT3. Good seeing you haven't thrown in the towel, I realize you may have lost some files but please do see if you can find your park save & if you get a chance, please do put it up here when you can. What I really hope is that atari may gain a renewed interest in a possible RCT4 and maybe create linkable parks as well as drivable vehicles so we can map together multiple parks such as Epcot, the Majic Kingdom and even hotels such as the Grand Floridian. Well here's to hoping.. all the best to you mcjaco!!
