I've got...ninety-thousand pounds in my bank account, I've got fourty-thousand French francs in my fridge, I've got lots and lots of lira, Now the deutschmark's getting dearer, And my dollar bills could buy the Brooklyn Bridge! There is...nothing quite as wonderful as money! There is nothing quite as beautiful as cash! Some people say it's folly, but I'd rather have the lolly, With money you can make a splash!

It was HORRIBLE. Sorry All it was was Totem Poles and fancy shmancy sculptures. It was really a let down. I second this motion, half of the American Indian museum is a giftshop...check out the other Smithsonians, the National Gallery and the monuments (especially at night). Most of all, have fun! D.C. is a great city, I just wish my dad was still working there so I could visit it more often.

I found you guys after a dull series of events: 1. I move to Little Rock. 2. My neighbor friend at the time introduces me to RCT 2. 3. I become obsessed and discover the official RCT forum. 4. There someone posted a link to the RCDB. 5. I find a Knotts picture with the Westcoaster.net URL in the corner. 6. I find TPR through Westcoaster. 7. I've been reading updates since about 2003 or 2004. Fascinating, eh? -
Pan's Labyrinth - 9/10 Just beats Letters From Iwo Jima and Marie-Antoinette as my favorite film of 2006 thus far.

I may watch the Super Bowl for the first time. We'll see.

^ 8 1/2 is pretty much my all-time favorite film, I didn't think anyone would be familiar with that line! And your quote is from Goodfellas, of course. "Some day a rain will come and wash away all the scum off the streets."

^ Until that stranger flips out a knife and shanks you. Hugs are fun, but I would be weary of a random dude giving hugs at the mall.

^ Temple of Doom Yep, it's from Blue Velvet. "The story doesn't have the advantage of the avant-garde films, although it has all of the drawbacks"

1. I love old foreign movies, especially those of the French New Wave. 2. I have never considered beating the record for shortest visit to the Louvre. 3. I think I need a haircut. 4. My watch says it's 9:46 PM. 5. I'm taking German 3 and have been maintaining A and B grades, yet I can still hardly speak the language. Ich bin ein Berliner

The king told the boogie man, "You gotta let that raga drop." The oil down the desert way has been shaken to the top.

Letters From Iwo Jima - 9/10 The subtitles needed a shadow effect or borders, the flushed colors in the photography made them difficult to read at certain points. Excellent movie though, now I need to see are The Departed, Babel, Pan's Labyrinth, Volver and Little Miss Sunshine to get my 2006 fix before Oscar night. Should be easy, right? The Royal Tenenbaums - 9/10 Typical Wes Anderson goodness with one of the best movie soundtracks ever, IMO.

Wow! She lived to see three centuries (only one all the way through, of course), I can't imagine living fir 100 years...let alone 100 more years.
