  1. History would show that the first version of every new concept will have some good moments and some ho-hum moments. I suppose this will be that way also, but I love the concept and can see all the crazy things that could come from this. How about 2 inter-twined coasters, one mild, one wild. How about adding a drop ride within the structure or attaching zip lines to it it. One of the driving forces that created this idea was to put in a rollercoaster with a footprint the size of a merry-go-round or flat ride. But what it you took the footprint of a galaxy coaster and built two 300 ft. towers that were 30 to 60 ft. apart or more; with loops and barrel rolls between the towers. Possibilities are endless, maybe three towers in a triangle if there is extra ground space. Or enclose some of the sections with other sections of the tower open. I really love this concept once I let my imagination take off.
  2. I thought the 8th duckie was sitting on the railing above the backpack. It's very hard to see and was mostly a guess on my part.
  3. Glad I checked on this tonight. Please lock me in with 8 duckies! I sure hope that one pic was a duck!
  4. I tried and tried to come up with a different number but I'm going to have to go with 10 duckies also. Please lock me in. Also Big Mike, I really like the top 20 things type of format. Keep it up. It's neat since your top twenty differs from what would be my top twenty.
  5. I think it should be called "Seagull" with it's location over the beach and parking areas. Each seat would be equipped with its own push button that would release a small globule of whipped cream, so that riders could 'welcome guests as they were entering or leaving the park and give them a true CP experience. (Just remember not to push your button while doing the inversions!)
  6. Dang Stupid computer...missed the last ducky contest with a crashed hard drive and by the time I got it fixed the guessing had closed. Didn't feel too bad about it since I found fifteen duckies and the majority seemed to be going with sixteen. Now I see the posted finds and of course I would have been right! Isn't that the way it always goes......... Bring on the next round!!!
  7. Sorry about messing up the picking order, my hard drive crashed and I've been getting the computer fixed. My picks will be Kyle Bush (even though I don't care for him) and Pittsburg Steelers (likewise). And I missed the last 'Find the ducky round'. Oh well, looking forward to the next one.
  8. I cry "FOUL"! I was the only one to guess nine duckies until the rule was changed now everybody is picking it! I must have been the only one who read the rule and now penalized for it. Bummer.
  9. Lock me in with 9 ducks. Finally had the right number of ducks last time but missed the cut-off by a couple of hours.
  10. Please lock me in at 8. Sooner or later I'm going to get lucky and guess right!
  11. I'm found 4 pictures with the duck and maybe a fifth but I'm going to go with 4 pictures with the duck.
  12. My guess is 6, but my mind might have created one! Thanks for the fun game!
  13. I think that a facility that had this concept for an indoor attraction and an outdoor facility that has an obstacle course similar to "Wipeout" would be worth a thousand laughs and a thousands sore muscles. But I would be one of the first in line.
  14. Thanks for the update. It's been many, many years since I rode it and remember it it being a very fun coaster. Running through the trees was nice, running through the trees at night even better, running through the trees at night with the headlights on was WAY-COOL! Only time I ever experienced that in my coaster riding travels. Maybe that can get restored in the future also.
