  1. Blindfolds Aside - Protest The Hero If I'm ever listening to this song and not air drumming, singing with, or head banging at least halfway through it, consider me devoid of emotion or dead.
  2. I am going again this year. Just made my reservations at santa's lodge last week. I really need some more voyage and mammoth rides anyway. Going to be some interesting waterpark ert since they moved it from Saturday morning to Friday night. Wow, that's new! I have a hunch as to why they did that, but it still sounds like a fun time! I wish I knew for sure what I'll be doing in the summer so I can be sure to make it. You are not the first to pass this way... . . . and you vill not be the last . . ." Well, maybe you might be; when Frozen hits! Okay, the joke's carried on for quite a bit and we got a little off topic. Let's just let it go already.
  3. With that mindset, you've got a lot to learn about the capabilities of smaller coasters!
  4. An Evening Triptych by Midgetman82, on Flickr A small thing I did recently out of boredom and hunger. I'm starting my first digital photography class this semester and getting my own copy of Lightroom soon. Should be interesting!

  6. Just Gatekeeper at its media day event. Going to it marked many of my firsts: My First B&M Wingrider My First Amusement Park Media Event My First time to Cedar Point and My First Coaster Ridden in 2013
  7. Flappy Bird can go burn in a pit... after I make it past 12 points...
  8. Indoor Vekoma family suspended coaster?
  9. I'd be more of the designer. I love the aesthetics of lots of roller coasters (water slides too), and have as much enjoyment looking at/studying them as I do riding them (hence why I enjoy photographing them). Case in point: Ninja at SFOG. Second to this would be Coaster Rider.
  10. My idea of an element? Beyond vertical going upwards instead of down. Shape it out like a teardrop so it gives longer floater airtime, and maybe even continue it like a top hat (or come straight from a beyond vertical drop to a beyond vertical upward section).
  11. Disney: Rock n' Roller Coaster SeaWorld Entertainment: Montu Universal: Dueling Dragons Ice (Nope, still can't remember the new HP name) Six Flags: X2 (believe it or not) Cedar Fair: Wicked Twister (A guilty pleasure of mine)
  12. Lots of parks have have centered themes without actually theming their attractions, although this park does need to tone down the dino entrance a bit. That might be where all the theming money went to.
  13. Yep, Polin sure has stepped up their game to be among the big-guns of water park manufacturers, along with ProSlide and WhiteWater. This looks amazing!
  14. I was pretty surprised to see a package in the mail today that wasn't addressed to any of my roommates! Biggest package I'd ever received by TPR! (Not the cardboard box under it, of course!) All conveniently stuffed into this hand-dandy sling bag! All the goodies from inside, which included (but wasn't limited to) an official TPR DVD, an always-cool wipe, park brochures, a clicky-top pen, and an mysteriously unlabeled DVD! Thank you TPR for the extra-special Bag of Crap! I loved everything that was inside.
  15. When you re-open NoLimits 2, go to "Help," then "News." It lists the reasons for the update(s). Great for them to be able to make post-tweaks.
  16. What you did looked to be true dedication from a die-hard coaster lover. Props Big-M, and thanks for the report!

  18. It does make me wonder what it looks like from the Great Wolf Lodge though. You get a pretty good view of The Bat, I know. But I don't know how many trees wold be covering Banshee.
  19. I'm really liking where this is going.
  20. ^I think I bumped into a video somewhere testing the multi-move script on this very coaster. The ride looks awesome so far. Can't wait to see more.
  21. First of all, you're about to get me do a full PhotoTR on a park that doesn't even exist! Second of all, this is the first official NL2 "Park" I've downloaded so far, ever, and it looks amazing! Atomica looks and rides just like how a real B&M would perform with silky smooth transitions and airtime galore, and the interaction over and under the lift hill was definitely something I haven't seen done before! The wooden coaster was also really nice, albeit Jeremiah created one very wild wooden coaster. The only downsides to both are that the Magic Lantern's braking distance goes straight into the station and would probably be too dangerous for a double train operation, and Atomica's brake run runs really fast and could probably be slowed down to the same speed as the station. Other than those small things, I love the park and really admire the miniature train that runs all around scenery and through tunnels. Something very calming in a park with two crazy roller coasters! Love this!
  22. That train and coaster style looks super cool! Those tracks always looked to pull an immense amount of g's from how fast they seem to take those turns! I just hope there aren't too many parts too loose to cause them to come sailing off.
  23. ^^I'm one of those people. Won't forget the jackhammering I got in the first car, third row on the bottom of each drop. Great airtime, indeed. Just painful that last time I rode it. The prototype looks amazing, Robb! Almost acts like a HUSS Top Spin on tracks; which I'd absolutely fawn over! I know there are those who are head-over-heels (pun slightly intended) over seeing a wild flip-crazy version come to a park someday, but I know plenty of peeps who aren't so comfortable with crazy fast-spinning/flipping rides. Hopefully they do come up with something to allow riders to control their experience levels, or find a middle ground where most people would be comfortable boarding a ride like this.
