  1. Song of Solomon - Animals as Leaders
  2. Nice to see more Master Blasters coming back into the foreground, and any water park with a lush lazy river is a-okay in my book! Looks awesome!
  3. California: X2 (SFMM) Florida: Montu (BGT) Georgia: Dare Devil Dive (SFOG) Illinois: Demon (SFGAm) (Haven't been to the park since I was little) Indiana: Voyage Kentucky: Thunder Run (SFKK) (I'd put Chang, but...) Maryland: Superman: RoS (SFA) (The ONLY coaster I've been on in the state of Maryland ) Ohio: Wicked Twister (CP) (I have a soft spot for this coaster, okay?!) Texas: Road Runner Express (SFFT) (Also haven't been there since I was little) Virginia: I305 (KD) (I would put Flight of Fear, but instead thought this monster deserved the spot more)
  4. ^ Oh goodie! Great to see how far the park stretches now!
  5. Yay for spontaneous compact Mack course! Now to theme it somehow...
  6. They removed the ball pit, and placed the Zepplin ride that used to sit next to Mile High Falls on its spot. Source. Recommend checking back to their Facebook since most updates come from there
  7. I've never been turned down, but I have seen a guy denied a ride on a B&M stand-up coaster because he was way too tall.
  8. ^^^The first few photos look like they were either taken with a really old camera, or things just aren't cleaned up enough yet on a cloudy day (... yup, the latter). Anyways, nice to see things other than the major happenings. And props to the photographer for getting a UPS jet flying over in one photo (something I've been trying myself ).
  9. [][][][][] i rode this wooden coster and we flew off the tracs for liek 6sec seconds it was terrible ill nevr ride it agian [][][][][][][][][][][][] (Don't bother checking those squares on your phone. They're fake.)
  10. ^The first one's looks like a people-eater. I'm sure it'd make Disney Parks management shed a tear!
  11. I kinda think if you were to place a singled-out ferris wheel anywhere in a city (let alone above water, with some lights to give it color at night), it'll automatically become another sort of icon added to DC. My only gripe with it is that I wish it was a tad closer to the mall area (or on the other side of the bridge, but other than that, I'm all for it. 175' isn't staggering, but I'm sure there won't be many buildings blocking any good views from the top either. Speaking from a photographer's standpoint, it'll also create some unique photo opportunities as well!
  12. ... Having the coaster built at Mt. Olympus? What's worse than your favorite coaster destroyed in a freak accident/disaster.
  13. You have all the right to argue that the new track system is "far superior" than the old, but hammering it multiple times in one post doesn't really get the point through as to "why" you say it is superior. Your mention of Vekoma was a start: I do see your point considering Vekoma's latest mine trains, even though they have a very close partnership with Disney and they basically do exactly what they tell them to.
  14. This sudden Kentucky weather change.
  15. Anything to spur discussions and kill time until more parks open. No comments from me about the guy though.
  16. ^ True, but they're stuck with extremely strict height restrictions and were willing to pay for something like that. I don't think any park in America (please correct me if I'm wrong) has a coaster that digs so far underground before coming up and out.
  17. You mean it wasn't temporary? It's always there? I was pretty surprised when I saw it, and a little disappointed the giant wooden wall blocked the view of the spaceship. I'm sure they lowered the amount of trains so there's less maintenance and cost. It's a little annoying, but not too bothersome to someone who doesn't visit the KI or KD often. But all the stuff you mentioned, I've never even heard of! I love the coaster now, but all that just makes me wish that I had gotten to experience many of KI's rides in the Paramount days, because they all sound so awesome! My vote for best theming would go towards many Disney coasters, but outside of this, a lot of what Paramount left behind wins my vote too; like Flight of Fear. I'm not really sure about worst theming on coasters off the top of my head. Maybe with Six Flags's way of giving coasters a specific theme but never truly following it through entirely for the rest of the ride, but that's something you'd expect from a chain. From observations, I can only think of YoloCoaster.
  18. Isn't that style of track more inexpensive than other styles anyways?
  19. ^Yep. While it does haul-it at the bottom of the element, that's not the fastest part of the ride. I'd like to hear more about coasters that complete their inversion in a short amount of time along with this. Not just going through it at top MPH, like the barrel roll on Furios Baco, but be in and out of it in a super short amount of time, like the mid to smaller loops on Olympia Looping or the corkscrews on Batman: The Ride clones.
  20. I've literally bumped into a spam post for the first time last night (it was in the form of a reply to an existing thread as well), so I have to congratulate you guys on doing a great job on getting rid of them. I virtually never see them whenever I'm on here.
  21. The magic carpet and the automatic door have my up-most attention, but all of them are very cool! Just comes to show what kinds of parks people will come up with in the near future using the simulation!
  22. It pisses me off when the bottom line to everything is money.
  23. I went to the NoLimits Exchange for this coaster, and when I load it, I get the error message "File is not a valid package." Your direct link works though.
