  1. Kinda. She's covered where she needs to be, though it won't be too noticeable in the movie. I can't lie, I'm really looking forward to this movie.
  2. If the Rockit' ever opens, it will be USF. Otherwise it'll be Gilroy Gardens in a couple of weeks.
  3. ...So basically a 300 foot Superman (SFNE). I could definitely live with that.
  4. This is real life, not the movies, so the answer is yes.
  5. ^Some say T Express is pretty good too. The speed entering the drop may help play a role in that.
  6. ^I think Chuck has been on a few others. For me it would probably have to be Kumba as a whole. As for a single element, I'm also going with the pretzel loop on the flyers.
  7. Congrats on the name, guys. I think it definitely fits the ride.
  8. You really can't go wrong with either park. That's why I love PA so much, so many good parks. ...Like Hershey, Knoebels, Kennywood, Waldameer.
  9. I would have to agree with a lot of people here and say El Toro. Though I also like Tremors and Ravine Flyer II.
  10. I know a piece of Scott's heart just broke from this news. Hopefully nobody else was seriously injured in the accident.
  11. First, I'm really not expecting it to be a clone and I'm all for continuing to improve hypers in general, but if it's a clone I'll be disappointed. That's just the way I feel. I admit that I'm more of a Intamin Mega fan than the B&M hypers, but I still enjoy them. And I will make a trip up to Carowinds whether it's a clone or not, I'll just be disappointed that CF wasn't a little more creative that's all. BTW, what's wrong with doing a B&M hyper twister again. If it wasn't for the trims, Raging Bull would be one of the best B&Ms in my opinion.
  12. ^ I agree, it's definitely similar. Heck, it's close enough that it might as well be the same. Let's just hope that isn't the case. ...Cloning the Batman invert is one thing, but cloning a B&M hyper would be a major disappointment in my opinion.
  13. ...and 8 days and $250 million dollars (in the US) later. Transformers A 60 foot Optimus Prime and Megan Fox in IMAX definitely makes up for anything lacking in this movie IMO. Overall, I enjoyed it for what it was, a summer action flick. Grade: B
  14. How can the ride open tomorrow? ...The rings aren't even up yet.
  15. ^^Yea. People can always take cover, while coaster track is left defenseless against the storms.
  16. I agree with most in saying that Legoland should stay far away from the Cypress Gardens/Winter Haven area. ...The old Boardwalk and Baseball area would have been good. ...Right by I-4 and only 10 minutes from the Disney exits.
  17. While I wouldn't call Kumba the most re-rideable coaster, it is awfully fun to get 4 laps in by yourself first thing in the morning. ...With only having to get up once. As for my top 10 re-ride coasters, it would have to El Toro, S:ROS (SFNE), Phoenix, MF, Phantom's Revenge, Ravine Flyer II, Montu, SheiKra, and Dueling Dragons.
  18. Big Mike might be the guy to talk to about this. BTW, good luck on your quest to 300.
  19. Last week in August would be best at this point. If you have never been, I suggest 2 days at the very least.
  20. For me it would have to be Apollo's Chariot, Alpengeist, ROTM (USF), Dueling Dragons, Kumba, SheiKra, and Montu. ...But not necessarily in that order.
  21. Now the most important question, how much screen time does Megan Fox have in the movie? ...I'm waiting to see it for the first time Tuesday at the Imax here in Orlando.
  22. I now refuse to click on any link from this thread.
  23. Actually, I think that's a pretty good breakdown of the coasters. ...Except for El Toro, which should be 10/10 of course.
