the post at the top of this page is what I've been thinking since i first saw this thread elsewhere, thanks for saying it for me.. ! first thing that came to mind is "why? " people like hot coffee, people like cold ice cream, BUT when you mix the two you don't get something better than either, you get watery, lukewarm coffee flavored melted ice cream....
