  1. Just Passin' Through - Jason Aldean
  2. OMG I can not wait for this!!! This is definitely going to be one of the highlights of the tour!!!! Last years water challenge on the North East trip was AWESOME! I am doing the same! hehe
  3. Put Your Arms Around Someone - Jeanette McCurdy
  4. More money? I barely have any money and buy line skippers a lot. If I know I am going to a park a few weeks in advance. I just put money aside from 3-4 pay checks and there it is, I have more than enough. But then again also I start putting money aside for parks in the summer right after Xmas so I can have a good park summer every summer. Anyway... I can not wait to make my first visit to Canada's Wonderland in 2 Sundays with TPR. Being there for Leviathon Bash as part of the Leviathon tour will be awesome!!
  5. El Toro!! Cedar Point or Six Flags Magic Mountain? (Its all I could come up with right now)
  6. Roar at Six Flags America. Still one of my fave woodies.
  7. I really enjoyed Snow White and the Huntsman!
  8. Not sure if this has ever been said so I am sorry if it has. Now keep in mind I have only been to parks on the east coast of the USA so this could exist somewhere in the world... I am a die hard flat ride enthusiast so every time one I always am consistently thinking of ways to improve/change them. One of my favorites is the Scrambler. I would love to see one that once the car flings out farther est from the ride it either spins or the car pivots/swings out. Not sure if this is even possible but I thought of it sitting here at work. Also another idea I had is for drop rides. Since we have several different kinds and even one that you "stand up" on I think it would be neat to have one where you are laying down. Have seats like on the carnival Cliff Hanger flat ride. In a way I think it would be neat to see the ground coming directly to your face. Not sure if this is possible either but its "crazy idea". Now, lets see how many people rip these ideas apart hehe
  9. I Know You're Gonna Be There - Luke Bryan
  10. I am so glad that they are making it go out with a bang! Sucks I won't be able to get to participate with the late notice. Also sucks I will never the credit!!!
  11. Both! Living out in the deep country or living in a big city center?
  12. Awesome pics guys! This is such a beautiful park!
  13. Anyway - Martina McBride.
  14. The Time (Dirty Bit) - The Black Eyed Peas
  15. I LOVE this idea!! I would be so scared since drop rides scare the crap out of me. I would LOVE it!!!
  16. Yes, I mess up song lyrics all the time. Have you been to every amusement/water park in any state?
  17. And Then We Kiss - Britney Spears
  18. When I was there this past Monday it was mostly kid operators. All the of older people working I noticed were running the food stands.
  19. Last year I waited almost an hour for the indoor mouse at Kennywood. Not really worth the wait.
  20. I agree the area over by Wild One/Tower of Doom/Scrambler's old spot could use a facelift or at least a flat or two. Even though a Sky Screamer is a great idea for the park, I find them kinda boring.
  21. I forgot to mention somethings!! I did not buy the line skipper option at the park. I do not think theirs is worth it. I do not like that you can not pick your seat!!! I much prefer Cedar Fairs where you can ride as much as you want and the two lines come together (usually) and you can pick your seat. There was barely anyone using it when I was there so they let anyone just sit in them seats - which was nice. However, I did notice a lot of people using the VIP option where someone escorts you around the park. I think that is silly but to each their own. The last thing I wanted to say is the loading and unloading of trains and rides. A lot of the employees were being VERY SLOW! Half of the time they did not fill the trains on the coasters even though every coaster at points in the day had at least a 30-45 minute wait. I noticed a lot of stacking with the coasters. It took the employees in the AM at the Claw almost 10 minutes to unload and load each time. Their was no communication on this ride. The guy worker just did not even bother there were 5 empty seats and shut the restraints as the girl worker was letting more people in to fill them. I did notice on some rides they would call out next group of 2 or any singles, but that was rare. When I was in line at the Sidewinder for the front seat the workers were chatting about their personal lives and than they started about how the line dropped down to almost nothing. The girl worker stated she wished they would all just leave. As a consumer basically paying your paycheck with my admission to the park, I do not want to hear that.
  22. Went to the park yesterday for the first time this season by myself and had an absolute blast. My goal was to get there before they opened and stay till closing which was easily met. I never follow what anyone says about doing a park a certain way. Like the now classic saying "I do what I want". I rode SDL first in the back seat because well I LOVE that coaster. I then ventured to the back of the park hitting The Claw and Pirate on the way (no lines for either) and hit Fahrenheit, Mouse, Wildcat, Lightning Racer, and Music Express. This brought me to the water park. How I do enjoy their water park. But I will be honest and say that it NEEDS to be bigger. There are way too many people there and not enough water slides to accommodate them. Waiting 30+ minutes for the small slides in the water playhouse is just silly. Even though I love Roller Soaker I skipped it because of the line, same with the lazy river. So in the end I wasted $15 on a locker to frolic around the wave pool twice. I was going to get on Tidal Force because I love them types of rides but the line was way too long. Sidewinder and Storm Runner were both running pretty awesome! I LOVE Boomerangs so I got on SW twice (once back and once front). Flying Falcon did not seem to have the same ride pattern as previous years. I could have sworn when it gets to the top it stops then spins there for a few minutes and then comes back down. This time it did not do that. I was able to enjoy Zoo America after eating dinner (LOVE the new salad bar in the eatery under the arcade by Flying Falcon. It was kinda sad not seeing the buffalo but for some reason this is the ONLY zoo I go to that has EVERY animal out and viewable. Great Beat was awesome as usual so no need to elaborate there. Coal Cracker was running really well! It would have been more enjoyable if I was not alone on it. The Comet is still one of my top woodies - I love everything about it. Sky Rush.... all I can say is OMFG (in a good way of course). This coaster is AWESOME even though I did not think I was going to like it because it has no big drops after the first one!!! I only rode twice because the line was so long. The first time I rode in the back seat. I LOVED it!! I wanted to wait till night to ride in the front. So about 9:20 and I went and got in line for the front. I waited about 30 minutes and finally it was time. This ride at night, in the front, on a winged seat is AMAZING! Totally worth the wait. Now, I did not feel much pain or discomfort from the restraint at all. At least not enough for me to keep feeling it after the ride was over.So I guess to each their own.
