  1. The name is below the cart And on top of the walls in the background
  2. My pic! Woah! 4,000th post in the thread! Amazing pictures guys! Me on a ride at valleyfair. No one else was on the ride when I rode it, had the whole cart to myself!
  3. 1. Kanonen 2. Stormrunner 3. The Mummy 4. Volcano 5. Maverick 6. Dueling Dragons 7. Superman (Bizarro) 8. Titan 9. Mr. Freeze, SFSTL 10. Firehawk Many of my friends say I have a uniquely weird top 10, but what is wrong with having a lot of Intamins PS Firehawk is that good to be on my top 10 anytime!
  4. Hmmmm, I really just think we should be grateful we will get such a precious roller coaster. ACE Landmark or not, be happy you still have the 1950's classic layout right in your backyard.
  5. If it would go to Wiggles World, my best bet would be that they would remove the Wiggles Cars. I'm not sure how big of an area it needs. By the Looney Toons Ball Pit is a plain field. Or, could they be removing the little playground with nets, like a giant McDonald's play place? They haven't used that in years, and hopefully take it out. I do like Jo's idea of putting it where Splash Water Falls was. It seems it could fit into the area pretty nicely, even though American Eagle, the other white wooden roller coaster, isn't to far away. The parents could go to the food court, while the kids ride the roller coaster, and then they could meet at a table and eat. Sounds like something my family would do 10 years ago.
  6. Raging Bull has got to be the best B&M hyper twister around But you got some awesome pictures! The best ones are on the over bank turns, because those are sexy elements to take pictures of! You got an awesome collection, keep it growing!!
  7. This just seems like another lame way people are trying to bash Six Flags.... when barely any parks have this..... PS: Shrek 4-D is worth that 15 minute wait!
  8. B&Man No problem! Lisebergbanan is my favorite Schwarzkopf, it is an honor to take pictures of such a unique ride! tanthonyam I guess it is a little weird. But keep in mind Lisebergbanan is all over that hill, and it might of been hard to build them together, even when built at separate times. Although it is cool how on one turn from Lisebergbanan, it goes around one of the towers. Lalle555 Thanks! Yea, I was in the shop looking at the post cards, and I saw how they made a Christmas Tree out of the sky tower. It was cool, and I hope you enjoy your time! But do the roller coasters operate in the Christmas even? Thanks for the feedback!
  9. This is my honest opinion... I really did love Kings Dominion when I went this year. I rode all coasters in one day, even both sides on Rebell Yell. Although I finished the day 20 minutes before closing after riding everything. The staff is very lazy, but it still is a good park. My favorite CF park. Busch Gardens Europe was amazing. Better coasters then KD, better staff and food and atmosphere. And the lines were shorter even though their were more people. Although Big Bad Wolf is gone, you should still go. --------- Out of SFNE and LC. It is a shorter distance. SFNE is one of my favorite SF parks I been too, because it was empty. But I went on a rainy day, so I lucked out. But if it is crowded, don't get mad at me. Lake Co. looks pretty good. But if you want more credits, I recommend the KD option. Maybe consider SFA too, because that is so close to KD.
  10. As far as Six Flags's Dark Rides go...there are only 4. I googled it and got this http://parkthoughts.com/2009/09/28/six-flags-dark-rides/ Park Thoughts gets better and better..... They help me with my Six Flags Dark Ride needs. I rode the ones at SFSTL, SFOG, and SFOG. The best one being SFSTL, because it is a gun thing, and Scoobster is awesome!
  11. I think CGA is pissed off now because now they don't get their Screamin' Swing But this park could do great at Michigan's Adventure. Considering that park doesn't even have one thrilling flat ride that isn't an up-charge.
  12. I'm very surprised that they added another D. In 2050, their will be 60D attractions? I know Six Flags Great America has an empty simulator ride, which that could possibly be transformed into a 5D? We'll see. And isn't the 50th celebration in 2011? Or am I just one year off because they said 2010.
  13. This roller coaster screams South America/ Latin America to me. Many old generation rides are migrating south. I am surprised at how much this ride is priced. Deja 'Vu from SFOG being 500,000, this is a lot for an old ride. Guess we'll see what will happen to it.
  14. Happens at school.... People who stand up in the middle of the midway not making room. And usually it is a whole group of 5 standing side by side. Best moment of my worse theme park experience. I was at SFGADV this summer in line for their White water Rapids ride thingy. It was maybe a 40 minute wait, and it was HOT! People were trying to cut me, but I told them it was not allowed, and they said they went to rent a locker. I said what ever and let them pass me. But all of the sudden, a security guard tells them to leave the line and go to the back!! Can anyone say pwned?
  15. I am sensing a water interactive Captain Feather Sword show! Haha, but this is great! Appeals to families. I am not sure about this SF water park, but if this came to SFGAM's, it would be a hit! Even though it doesn't fit in the Hurricane Harbour theme. But this should still be something families should check out!
  16. Demon at Six Flags Great America has a 42' height requirement. It is pretty insane! I first rode the ride when I was like 7 or 8, but I could have ridden it earlier.
  17. "the only truly terrifying ride in the Magic Kingdom was changed...so that some stupid blue thing...Stitch...could burp nacho cheese on you!" His Canada and Norway mentions are also too funny
  18. Whoa whoa whoa! More then just a station wait for Ninja? Must have been busy! Boss is missing me more then ever! I have to return. But looks like you went on a pretty good day, although looks very wet and dark! Hope you had fun.
  19. Hopefully the front of the train won't say Timberliner when put on Voyage. People might mistake it as the new name of the ride
  20. Click on one of my adventures to check them out! This park is my favorite, has many of my favorites and I really recommend! I'll see you some other time my love! Lisebergbanan is awesome! Believe it or not, but that's the tallest part of the ride. It's like 40 ft? Where do you think we are? Kanonen, best steel in the world. More Lisebergbanan Schwarzkopf layout... The top of the hill has this stuff on the mountain. Note: Lisebergbanan trails everywhere... Balder! Overview, best woodie I ever been on. Back and front, both amazing. I might find a Red Roof Inn somewhere here... Some type of sports field from the Sky Tower. Awesome! This is how you get to the top of the hill. I stand in front of hang time, loopage, and other stuff. Best coaster on the planet. Best shot of the trip. Shows off layout and other sexy parts! Don't spell it Blader.... Kanonen sign, top hat, in one picture. Check! They did a good job not showing off the layout of the ride. Midway madness! The new ride, Hanghai! It wasn't operating at the time. Best log flume pictured above! Note: Flag Color Scheme One S&S tower is a drop tower, the other is a launch tower. Both rested on a hill. Ferris wheel on the hill too! Kanonen towers over the midway! Airtime! Super fast lift hill... Look how close they are together! They travel at 1 MPH at the same time. These rafts are too close together! They were passing one another! How else do you get 3 rafts in one picture?! This picture turned out awesome! These weird head choppers help make it better then El Toro! That's the "Cannon" you will be shot out of! Hangtime Kanonen sits right on top of queues, it's amazing. Over bank goodness pictures above Little tiny fence, giant cart! Hangtime Track supports mess. This place was busy! Sweedish gotta have their burgers.... For the Kanonen lovers out there....ME! Kanonen isn't tall, but still towers over everything! Balder! Jukebox! Check! The Ferris Wheel itself isn't tall, but it's on the top of a hill! Lisebergbanan takes up a lot of the hill too. Kanonen through the trees! Best shot ever! Believe it or not, this is Lisebergbanan's station! The whole roller coaster is on a hill side! By far the worst sign, but best Schwarzkopf I been on! The pink entrance! Note: The color scheme of the park is Pink and Green This observation deck is huge! You can stand up even if you were 20 feet tall! I stand in front of my favorite park in the world
  21. Hey guys! A TPR SFGAM Group is now on Facebook. For those who are interested in meet-ups at SFGAM and all that good stuff. Or people who have been there, join too! It is to help notify people when meet-ups will be, help get it more organized, you know? http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=319852065299
  22. Oh oh Title Fairy. My first time posting in this thread, must mean my time has come! I would request you to put my title as... "Oh My Jo!" Jojo seem's to be a good catch phrase these days! You never know what she's up to
  23. Top 10 1. Balder 2. American Eagle 3. Lightning Racer(s) 4. El Toro 5. Renegade 6. Boss 7. Screamin' Eagle 8. Evel Kneivel 9. Judge Roy Scream 10. Shivering Timbers Worst 1. Hurler (KD) 2. Gwazi(s) 3. Rolling Thunder 4. Predator 5. Grizzly
  24. About my post... I think Dale Earnhardt won 7 Championships. And there are 7 hills on this coaster. I am not 100% sure, but I did not know this stuff. So after the MCBR, they didn't want to add a lot.
  25. Yea, I went opening day, freezing temperatures during the morning. Maybe up until 1, the puddles around the park were frozen. And then it snowed the day later. And maybe 100 people were in the park first day. It was EMPTY! Opening in later April saves the park operation costs a little bit. April 3rd this year was really early.
