  1. Six Flags Enthuseast: Yes, I though it would be pretty crazy! Oh, and it still passes the tunnel test!!! After hours... hours of painful work on the object placement...
  2. Sorry for the slow reply, I was on a trip this weekend. I like the hell theme and yes, if Eurofighters are in hell, that is where I am going, but that is not the theme I'm thinking now maybe I should not have made the image so red... that is okay I guess. Six Flags Enthuseast: That is a small part of the theme and the name is going to be changed. The theme of the ride will be based on a place, but not Hawaii, even though it is super cool. Here are two more quick pictures! (They are the same general picture, but not modified.) Ooh fun head choppers! A Larger update is to be this Friday, but may happen earlier or later.
  3. Thank you all for all the positive feed back! I really appreciate it Sorry for the slow reply though... Kalepi_Konei wrote: You do not have worry about the track being changed; everything is essentially the same. The only actual change was that the second lift hill was moved slightly to the left so the ride would pass the tunnel test. I understand not liking the colors, but because I love them too much they will stay the same. I do plan to make a POV, but I don not know how to record on ride footage... so if anyone knows how I would love some help! (That won't be happening for a while though...) DBru wrote: Let's just pretend there isn't an Indiana Beach... just kidding I will leave you with a mini update picture! A larger update will be coming soon. It is kind of weird but that's okay it's a hint to the theme at least! Oooh what could this be?
  4. After a really long time of working off and on my ride, it is almost complete! I finally finished supporting and smoothing it, though it isn't as smooth as I'd like it to be, I'm pretty pleased. I don't know when I will be able to finish it because I've been very busy and I still have to add a bit more theme to the ride, but I'd guess sometime around Christmas or later. As for the theme, back-story, and the new name of the ride will be released at a later date... but here are some pictures! Here is the lift hill with its very bizarre supports. More lift hill and drop... (If my geometry class chose not to fail me and I did the math right the first drop is 99 degrees ) The super exciting first element(s) of the ride. This little element makes me really happy. The first airtimeish hill into the loop. Now the car is diving out of the over-banked turn into... where will it go? That will be revealed next update! (And no it's not just the cobra roll seen in my first post) (Please ignore the "pause on.")
  5. Hey! I’m Matthew from California. I’m not sure exactly how many roller coasters I’ve been on, but I would guess around 45. I didn’t get to go to any parks this summer, so I’m kind of having coaster withdrawal When I have free time I like listening to music, hanging out with friends, and getting coffee and pearl milk tea ! I hope to get to know you all better! -Matthew
  6. Your ride was pretty good; I liked the originality of it. I do have to agree that the loop was weird. When entering the loop I think it leaned to the right and then shifted back to the left and vise versa for exiting the loop. Whether it was intentional or unintentional it was very awkward and I think it would make the ride much better if you fixed it. Overall, good coaster and great supports.
  7. Thanks so much; I was able to do it. Again, your ride is really amazing from start to finish!
  8. I was just wondering how you reduce the opacity? Also, do you have to use a program in which you can make textures, to reduce the opacity, or can you just do that directly in a 3D object creator? Thanks! -Disconnect the Dots
  9. I loved all the 3D's in your ride. It made it seem more like a section of an amusement park than just a singular ride. Also, I was wondering how you made or where you found the texture for the smoke/fog 3D's in the ride. On one of my rides for no limits I've wanted to add fog, but couldn't find where to get a fog texture or how to make one. If you could point me in the right direction, that would be great. Thank you and great ride!
  10. I wanted to add fog into my no limits coaster and I know (think) that you use a translucent texture for a 3D object, but I have not been able to find any or figure out how to make a translucent texture. If anyone has a translucent texture or knows a place I can find one, that would be great. Thank you. -Disconnect The Dots
  11. That’s cool. I think I saw them a couple months ago because I’m pretty sure they opened for Of Montreal along with some other people.
  12. The music I like to listen to is generally not known by the general public, but some of it is. Here is a list of my favorite bands/albums Of Montreal, Pretty Lights, Juno (the soundtrack), Daft Punk (they do the original version of Harder Better Faster Stronger), Kill Bill (the soundtrack) Fountains of Wayne (they do Stacy’s Mom but that is not one of their better songs) and Arctic Monkeys. On a side note you can download Pretty Light’s music at www.prettylightsmusic.com/. So if you get a chance you should check out some of their music. Tell me what you think!
  13. I should have specified which hill; I’m actually talking about the one right after the loop. I’ll play around with it and it should work out well in the end.
  14. Thanks for the suggestion about making the second lift a few degrees steeper. I’ll probably do that while I’m smoothing out the entire second part of the ride. Also, if anyone has any ideas of how to reduce the negative g’s on the airtime hill, without adding in a brake segment, that would be great; it is currently getting around -2.1 g's at the highest for a split second. The first drop also gets -2 g’s for a split second but decreases fairly quickly so I don’t know if I should change that or not… I might.
  15. This is a work in progress that still needs to be smoothed, have supports added to it, and some other stuff. After I do this, I will post the track. Also, if you were wondering what akui means, it means spite in Japanese. I would appreciate input, thank you! The turn type thing after the cobra roll originally was 0 vertical and lateral g’s for a fairly decent amount of time, but I accidentally changed it and have been trying to get it back to the way it was.
