  1. Dahlonega, GA (At band camp, let the jokes fly), Wednesday the high reported by NGCSU was 103.

This morning during morning practice it only read a, cold, 96. I THOUGHT THE NORTH GEORGIA MOUNTAINS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE COOLER THAN ATLANTA?

This heat around here is obviously George Bush's fault.

  2. Mine are all coasters, but here y'all go

    1. Apollo's Chariot

    2. Goliath (The real Goliath, just 48 miles of GA124 and I-20 from home)

    3. Superman Ride of Steel (I don't care what anyone thinks, B&M Hypers OWN Intamin Hypers)

    4. Medusa (I'm a sucker for the floorless)

    5. Deja Vu

    6. Top Gun The Jet Coaster

    7. Kraken (another sucker for the floorless)

    8. The Hulk

    9. Dueling Dragons

    10. Hypersonic XLC

  3. Acrophobia (twice within an hour at the top), first time for 10 minutes, the next for about 10. Got several free rotations

S:UF (SFOG), stuck on the brake run for about 10 minutes

And finally the one I enjoyed the most, Deja Vu (with a group of people from SFOG.net). We were on the second tower for about 17 minutes. We drew quite a crowd, and still my best Deja Vu ride to date.

  4. Pretty self-explanitory. What was it, be it strange or normal?

Last night was normal, but would never happen, and I was kinda sad when I woke up because it was so cool.

I was at my friend's house riding his giant zip-line, completely normal since we do it all the time. Then we decided to go to Quick Trip. We walk outside and in place of my truck is a, nice, brand new, 2006, red, Ford GT. So we hop in when I suddenly acquire the ability to drive a stick shift and drive off.

We travel down the little two-lane road next to his neighborhood and hit 150 MPH before a bug curve at the end of a long, hilly stretch. So we get to QT and we do everything normally and drive back. We continued to do our normal thing and I hopped in my nice car and drove home. No one said anything as I rolled in, and then I woke up, now wanting that car more than ever. Too bad it's about $125,000 MSRP.
