  1. Time for the last coaster trip for the season, Cedar Point. Cedar Point never fails, such a great park, and great selection of rides. We had so much fun this year, the haunted houses and trails were all great. Ride operations were good as well. Pirate Island wasn't the best, but still was very good, and who couldn't love walking on to Millenniums Island. The best walk through one in our opinions was Fear Fest. We didn't do any of the indoor houses since all the lines for em were a good 1-3 hours.

Of course the best rides as usual were Maverick, Dragster, and MF. Maverick seemed to be better this year then last, which rocks! The back seat gave major ejector air, and we got about 3 rides in the back row. Another coaster running well in our opinions this year was good old Milly. Had some great air, and floater air. But seemed to have a bit more this year, and it was even better that on sunday no rides had any waits. Dragster was the same old thing, but still my favorite of the two Stratas. Unfortunately we didn't get on Magnum or Raptor, since Raptor was closed and we were to short on time on Sunday to do Magnum.

So we had a awesome time like usual at Cedar Point. Lines weren't as bad as some days, and the park was running very well. The staff was really good, the haunters were the best by far. So Tyler, and I strongly suggest going to Cedar Point, and even better Halloweekends!

Now time for the Photo TR!

    We want you!

Hotel breakers, and the awesome beach.

    First up, Maverick!

We see you peaking at us, we'll be to you soon enough.

    Nerdy me.

    We see you.

Umm, what is that skeleton on the horse doing?

    I don't think your forceless......

These people seem to be getting force.

    HalloWeekends, yay!

    You are pretty forceless though.

How could you not love this park?

Back to the hotel for a quick break.

On the way back, we look up, and guess what we see!

Part of me was like, omg I want to be up there. Then the other part was, like, dam its cold enough down here.

Yeah, an hour up there out in 30-40 degree weather, hmm. I'd still probably do it.

WT, MaxAir, Ferris Wheel, DT, and last but not least, BIRD!!!!

    Up close and personal.

OMG!!! I found a picture of Wicked Twister from the thirties!

Tyler, get out of the thirties....

    Get out of that bush!

This is one of my favorite pictures ever. The waters so clear, looks like the Islands. Never even knew the water got that clear.

    Dragster hiding behind trees.

    Insert own caption here...

    TTD's sign, fall style.

No, its not stuck this time.

    Ahh, so pieceful.

Ok, I'm starting to think CP may have put some skeletons doing stuff in on purpose.

Look! It's even more funny now! Look at whats in the little skeletons hand!

Did I mention this is the better on of the two? OTSR's stink.

    I still love you!

    Intamin, woot!

    Same overbank, new angle!

    Dragster in all its glory.

    Close up!

Sometimes when it goes fast enough over the tophat, it gives some airtime.

Maverick, omg, maverick, maverick, and one more maverick. Ok I'm done.

    My heart you.

All with smiles, as should be!

    Twisty Goodness.

    Airtime anyone?

    Millennium, woot!

    Back to Maverick!

    Umm, yah, its awesome.

Fall time in the park is very pretty. My favorite time of the year at Cedar Point.

Waited 20 mins to get this picture, lol. Didn't even come out that great...

    Raptors in there somewhere.

Such a shame we didn't get on it this year.

This guy came out and entertained everyone waiting for pirate island to open.

Did we mention halloweekends is awesome?

Anyone else find this kind of ironic this year?

    Space ship.

Maverick was so awesome Sunday. We got on this thing 3 or 4 times no wait. Then it started raining, booo!

Maverick, and all its awesomeness. Notice the ride op trying not to freeze to death by the winds.

Ugh, I have to say it at least once. Pretty....

Just had to. Oh and the park was this empty after it was open to the public!

We wanted to ride it, but it was closed Sunday due to high winds, and rain.

But of course we couldn't leave off with anything but Maverick!

Thanks for reading everyone, we hope you enjoyed the Trip Report and pictures.

  2. Daniel and I, have been talking for some time about creating a group project, and since he's lost countless games. We decided it was time to do so, so we present to you, "Frontier Springs"!

It's the roarin twenties, and what would be a better time for us to be starten' sumtin mighty big. So me, and my good fellow here Daniel are proud to bring you "Frontier Springs". We're small now, but how well everything with the stock market and all has been doin it'll all be fine!

So here's some pictures of whats we gots.

I know it not much, but sure a heck of fun!

Lets just wait and see how this wacky project will come out!

  3. Saturday, Tyler, and my family went to the Great Frederick County Fair. The reason this fair is so special, to me at least. Is because I've been going to this fair for every year of my life. It's a yearly tradition, and I have many memories there. It's also a key factor why I love rides, and roller coasters so much now. Even though this time, it wasn't that well done, compared to other years. We still had a lot of fun. Now onto the picture report.

    First up, Tornado!

    Then onto Freak Out.

Back of Tyler's head, oh and if you have no friends, they'll get you one.

    Credit number one.

Gravitron, that's missing padding on seats, and the floor was pealing up.

    Indy-500, credit number 2.

    Decent for a county fair.

Look at theses awesome cars! Ok, I take back what I said about safety standards.

Back to Tornado, seriously one of the best flats ever. (Carnies running it, not so much, they were the absolute stereotypical rude carnies.)

Another shot of the only adult credit.

    Epic ferris wheel shot.

Tyler staring at me, since ferris wheels make him nervous. But I get that way sometimes too.

    Midway shot 1.

    Midway shot 2.

    And one more.

    Kiddy credit FTW!

A sad moment for all, Tango closed. The single most awesome flat ever. But it was expected, it never runs past the third day without breaking, and they never fix it before packing up. Typical.....

But there was more KMG goodness.

Theres a third credit in there somewhere.

Awesome ride. Now look in the corner left of the screen. This guy started yelling at us after we sat in the open seat right in front of us. Then we heard him say sit here, so we did what he said. After we sat down, exact quote "I guess I'm just supposed to stand here looking stupid. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know were to sit. I guess you guys need some kind of medication to understand were to sit, said some other stuff, then walked off mumbling." Real mature, lol.

    Freak out.

    Orbitor. (Another awesome ride)

    Both in one!

Nightmare Castle, looks impressive. You go in, then go into this big empty room, with a torn tent over it. So you could see everything. Except it was nothing, just one big empty room with one ancient metal skeleton at the end. We walked off laughing. Should win best Dark err, Light Ride of 09!

Even though its broke, still deserves some love.

They do have one great ferris wheel.

Not to bad of a swinging ship.

    Credit number three!

Some last pictures of Freak Out.

Thanks for reading, and it was nice to share a lifetime tradition, with everyone.

  4. When I go Trailblazer more times then not is running one train. But I'm not complaining, it isn't that bad. But after thinking about it, a lot of there rides were running one train, and thats why we only rode LR.

Fahrenheit opened with one train for most of the day, Storm Runner later broke, and then started operating one train. Great Bear ran one train all day. I also think Wildcat had one train. So yeah it was an off day. We still had fun though.

  5. A few weeks ago Tyler, and I went to Hershey for the day. Since the place was packed from head to toe, we rode some of the rides we normally never do. Also got some neat pictures from places we haven't yet. Hope everyone enjoys them!

Hello Great Bear, to bad you were running one train, with a huge line.

    But you still are loved.

Um, can't think of a comment, oh yeah, pretty!

    Hello Sooperdooperlooper.

But its still Great Bears time to shine, and it sure is shining!

    I <3 Great Bear.

One last picture, then on to some other coasters.

Hi there Comet, your still pretty good.

    I lied, theirs more.

Great Bear is haunted, notice the spirit bulb in the corner.

This is the last one, I promise.

    Well hi there.

Your not over hyped, to me at least.

    Umm, wha... Oh yeah, PRETTY!

    Intamin, equals gold.

A little closer, ironically Closer by NeYo is playing. (I'm serious)

Boardwalk, would be fun if you could actually ride some things without a two hour wait.

But your worth it, but not today. It was relax time.

    Cobra Roll, yum.

Wildcat, I truly like this coaster a whole lot. It's been a favorite of mine for years.

Two really great coasters, oh and that Vekoma thing peeking up. At least Hershey has a smoother one!

Now the two favorite pictures of the day before we end. Awesome picture number one.

    Awesome picture number two.

Thanks everyone for reading, its really been an awesome summer. But the excitement isn't over! I can guarantee everyone at least 4-5 more reports from various parks. So again, thanks everyone. I wouldn't take the time to write all these if it wasn't for all you guys and girls, and the continuous support and posts.

  6. A decade of Six Flags Epic Adventures!

Wow, it's been already 10 years! Well, Six Flags wouldn't not do something big for there star park. So for the tenth year in operation, the park is adding two major attractions. One that will open when the park does, and another that may open a little later in the year.

Lets start with the ride that will be opening today, along with the park. Superman Power of Tower, and Kryptonite Plummet. This four tower, S&S contraption will either launch you straight up with Superman's power. Or will shoot Superman down with Kryptonite Plummet.

Now lets go to the biggest new attraction for the year, Scream! Scream!, will take you off through tunnels, and will be one heck of a ride. Oh did we mention, there will be no track below you! This ride is planned to open on Memorial Day Weekend if construction goes as planned.

Now the news isn't over, Six Flags has decided to put the park up for sale. To hopefully almost bring them out of debt. Cedar Fair, and Paramounts apparently starting the Amusement Park game again. Those two industries have been offering some really high amounts. So we'll see if the park gets sold off. Some rumors are that the old owners are trying to get the park back, with an apparent contract break from Six Flags. So only time will tell what will happen. It's kind of weird that Six Flags just put in all these attractions just to sell it, but maybe it has something to do with getting out of the contract.

Expect another update for Memorial Day weekend!

  7. ^I agree, it's really one of my all time favorite water rides at any park, that I've been to so far. It's by far the best at the park. So it kind of was a little sad seeing what it looked like. I didn't even realize that it was leaving so soon, so it was shocking seeing giant rocks in the flume/track of the ride that used to be scenery. They're pretty much giving it the giant axe of death from the looks of it.

  8. A few days ago with Tyler and his family. We went up to Hershey for the day and got some pictures and had fun. Some of these pictures are including the Removal of CRR.

We'll come back to you later.

    Hi Tyler.

    Oh, and hi there.

Hi place that I've never eaten at, and want to.

    I see you peaking up.

Me: What you talkin about. Tyler: YAAAAY!

Group picture: Me, Tyler, Tyler's mom, Tyler's Sister

One of the best pictures of storm runner ever!

You just can't live up to the other one.

An attempt to get a picture of the construction.

    Attempt number two.

    Hello there.

    Comet gets some love to.

    Underwater Duck!

    Umm, can't go that way.

Since we can't stop Hershey from taking out CRR, maybe environmentalists can.

Oh, and hi there. I'm sorry Fahrenheit, I still love you. But 2009 is a coming!

    Don't hate meh!

    That doesn't look right.

    Kind of creepy looking.

No CRR for us today, you shall be missed.

    No pretty for you!

    Was that always like that?

It looks like it could still be ran.

I had a tear coming down my face....

Look at Mr. Jealous peaking up.

To bad all this is going to be concrete, and hardly any trees soon.

I do like this picture though, I think it looks cool.

    You get some love now.

    I sorry.

    But this is exciting.

Are you sad to, or just annoyed that I keep taking pictures?

Ok, you were way more exciting going up then CRR. So its ok.

To bad its a little blurry.

    Back to SR.

    Don't go to the light!

I leave you with a night shot of Wildcat.

We all had a fun day, and Fahrenheit I think is getting over it. I think these captions were some of the dumbest so far!
