Yeah I agree! I like AT&T and have never had a problem with them and we have been with them for awhile.

I also agree, I've never had an iPhone, but I've had an iPod touch for a while and I loved it, then I sold it because I got bored of it.

The only thing I wouldn't like about having an actual iPhone is the speed of the internet is so darn slow without a WiFi connection close by. If you want fast mobile internet, I recommend you switch to Sprint. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Sprint's EVDO is the fastest mobile broadband available to date.

And I also agree that the iPhone's browser is the best mobile browser.

The 3G iPhone has extremely fast cellular download speeds, about 5 [to 15?] seconds longer then WiFi.

  2. That Zipper is the most well maintained Zpper I have ever seen which isn't saying much . And as for those stupid Tornadoe rides they can all burn After having to repair and operate one on a daily basis I have come to hate Wisom rides from a mechanical stanpoint

Nice Pics! Wish your camera didn't break, I love photo TR's of ghetto fairs

Thank you so much!! I think the Tornado is a quite boring ride. Nothin' to it!

Oh, by the way, we have an ancient Zipper, it's like a billion years old but they take really good care of it. The cars aren't weighted like the newer Chance Zippers!

  3. Hey! I just came back from our local ghetto fair! It was a blast, I rode all the rides there, but my camera broke after only a few pictures . I managed to get them imported though!

    IN FRONT OF THE TREEEEZ

    My all time favourite flat!

    Yumm. So.. so death trappy.

The sign says thriller. I say 'Meh.'

    I am complete now.

She was awesome. Possibly high. But awesome!

    Sir. You've been puss'd. Octopuss'd.

It's a slide, with more super.

The scariest ferris wheel EVAR. Seriously, it moves at like 110mph, and those seats rock more then the Zipper's!

Raider's slide with a kid who's too big to ride! Le Woot!

And then my camera broke. =[ I really wanted to get some awesome night shots but as my luck would go the LCD screen got smashed on the Hurricane.

But it was fun none the less!

I really hope you enjoyed reading this!

  4. ^^I'm on AT&T now and very happy and would like to stay with them.

    Hey Elissa,

If AT&T is your current provider, I suggest you get the iPhone. It's an absolutely fantastic phone with a great price. You'll adore it and you get to stay with your favourite service provider!

  5. ^ Any phone with a data plan is going to cost you over $1000 over the course of two years.

I pay around $70 after taxes for my current iPhone plan...so assuming it's simply a $10 extra amount for 3G, that's $80. $80x24=$1920 over the course of two years + $200 for the phone. Definitely not cheap.

$69 before taxes, so you're right, probably around 75/80 dollars.

After you add extra $10 a month, the iPhone comes out to be 40 dollars more then last gen's iPhone- but the difference is you're paying that over a long time- you don't have to spend the extra $240 on the spot.

All I know is I'd rather spend 10 bucks a month then spend $440 on one day.

  6. The real question for me is did they add MMS to the updated iPhone? Thats one of my big turnoffs. Besides that, it looks to be nothing more than a software update and a newish shell.

Most definitely more than a software upgrade! 3G is hardware, so is the GPS. The software upgrade is available for both iPhone and iPhone 3G. The shell is new as well yes, without the recessed headphone jack and it also has better speaker quality then the last generation of iPhones.

The SDK doesn't have limitations against MMS messaging- especially with the new push notifications. There is now no issue with making an MMS app for the iPhone.

Great phone, amazing price... what more could you really ask for?

    -Sean

...justification to spend $1700 minimum over two years on a cell phone. Sorry, I know they are awesome and yeah I love them, but comon thats not an AMAZING price.

Every 3G phone costs that much AT&T raised the plan price 10 dollars a month, and nearly every 3G phone plan is about the same price now.

So really, any phone you buy now that's even remotely close to what the iPhone can do will cost you about that amount in the long run.

  8. I can't stand it when people bash Apple for no apparent reason. I've come to the conclusion that 88.98% of all people who 'hate' Macs have never used one, never mind actually seen one in public.

It also drives me nuts when people buy MP3 players other then the iPod so they can be different.

    ...roar.

  9. I don't want to die from ecoli man!! Hamburger is always well done for a reason- it can make you very sick!

Can't tell if there was sarcasm there or not, but well done meat has just as much of a chance of having ecoli as medium or medium rare meat. It's not how long you cook it that affects it, it's how hot it gets.

Well, generally to get a well-done burger you have to cook it pretty high! And I've never has a burned burger, my uncle brought some In-N-Out from the US to us and it tasted like A&W hamburgers!

Anyways, I don't live in Toronto, maybe it's different.

    -Sean

  10. Lick's will not cook their burgers anything less than well-done, it is a Toronto by-law that unless the meat is ground on premises they cannot cook it medium, medium rare or rare.

Lick's burgers are frozen, in fact they sell them for home use.

Once you have a nice medium rare burger with some pink the middle you can never go back. Go to any burger restaurant in NYC, they are amazing.

Lick's burgers are overcooked and therefore ruined. Once upon a time they were great.

There is a long thread on chowhound discussing this very topic. Rumor is there is a restaurant in the Danforth which will cook a burger properly.

However, we are going off-topic. Long story short, I would certainly never recommend anyone order a burger at Canada's Wonderland, Behometh or otherwise.

Now the Cookie Icecream sandwhiches by Vortex, those are a must-have!

  11. Wait, 8th graders have a graduation cermoney, what the. Sorry, it isn't like it is a big deal, unless your a complete moron why wouldn't you pass 8th grade. If my last day of eight grade had one, I am glad I skipped that day.

    Aren't you lovely!

Good job! In my school, it's 7-9th grade, so we have our 9th grade graduation coming up soon! No speeches though, a really cute presentation with baby pictures!

It's a small school [300 kids] and that's why leaving is harder. I know every single person in my grade!

    *sigh*

    Great speech!

  12. I haven't had my first kiss, and nobody I know of is gay in the first place, and the guy I have a crush on is straight.

...but High School dating is pointless, it never lasts. It drives me nuts when I see people 'dating' because it's nothing more then people who think it's cool to have a girlfriend.

I'm not jealous! I don't want a boyfriend immediately and I'm not completely desperate.

[PS: You guys are fudging awesome, this is the funniest thread since coasters on the moon and furries.]
