I just remember climbing out of the boat and seeing a bunch of cameras pointed at us….even when hoping that no one would notice.
The same thing happened to Chris and I last year at Kentucky Kingdom. We valleyed and guess who had the camera, Robb. We even made the trip report.

Of the three SLC's I rode on the trip, SFNE's Mind Eraser was the best one.
I was really surprised by it. My only other SLC I had ridden was T2 at SFKK and it hurt like hell. So I didn't think that one was to bad.

The Old Mill was an interesting ride but seemed to have way too much dead space. I kept thinking something would happen in some of those dark, long corridors, but you would just go on to another scene. .
I thought the same thing, but they did have some pretty cool scenes. And also, did your boats come to a complete stop at one point? We got stuck turning one of the corners and had to rock the boat to get it going again.

That skunk totally freaked me out when I seen it come out of the bushes! I've got it on video but I don't have the software with me to upload it . Too bad the skunk doesn't explain the smell in Volcano

Ok... I've put this last installment off long enough. I figured I better get it done before we leave for the East Coast Trip. So here it is...
Saturday May 3rd
Castaway Cay
Today was Castaway Cay day. Disney’s private island.
We had a busy day here but we still had time to just relax and float in the ocean.
The day started out with us taking a wave runner tour around the island. They take you over to the other side where you beach your watercraft and they tell you about the island and the sea life around it.
Then we went snorkeling. I wasn’t really sure if Chris would be able to do it since she is claustrophobic but she did pretty good.
We also took a bike ride thru the island. They have a nice bike path that takes you to a lookout and then one that takes you to the adult beach.
I hope you all enjoyed a not so typical trip report and thank you all for reading it. We sure had fun making it.

After a long day on the island, Jelly just wanted to chill out on the veranda.

On our way back, we took the other bike path that takes you to a lookout tower.
While Jelly was busy pining for the ocean, we got a shot of ourselves.

So we let him choose bike riding.
Jelly was tired of us making all the decisions.

Here we are with Capt. Jack Sparrow again. What amazed me was that not just that he remembered us from the nite before... but he actually remembered my name.

I loved the pictures of the gargoyles. I've got two out front of my house that spit water back into my fish pond. They really do get some looks from people passing by.

^Everyone was so nice about getting their pictures taken with Jelly. Since about the 2nd day there I wanted to get a picture taken with a security guard. And since we were able to get into MK early that day for breakfast, it was perfect timing. They weren't busy and they even got a kick out of it.
As far as the Dee Snider comment, it didn't bother me. My friend wants to take a picture with me to put on his myspace page and say that I'm some famous band member. But personally, I think I look more like a blonde Weird Al more than anything.
Friday May 2nd
Day 7
Nassau, Bahamas
This morning we arrived at Nassau.
Some of the pictures in this installment are not as good since we were using a disposable camera and I had to scan the pictures into my computer. We went over to the Atlantis Resort for a beach day. Since we knew we would be in the ocean and leaving our stuff on the beach, we didn’t want to take the digital camera and risk it getting stolen. Jelly event didn’t go with us, but don’t worry, he went to Castaway Cay with us.

And then its time to eat... again. Mmmmm, cheesecake and banana foster pie.
For the Pirates in the Carribean Party, they shoot fireworks off of the ship.
When we got back to our room, Nerine had been there and made us a towel animal.

Back on the ship at dinner. It was Pirate Night.
This place is huge. We didn't even go over to the waterpark part.

And here he is. This picture doesn't do him justice. He was freakin' huge. He made all the sharks look small.

After we were done in the ocean, we went walking around the resort. They had and aquarium that you walked through and the sealife swam around you.

I'd kind of like to try another cruise line but I just keep getting drawn back to Disney. And now I think Chris is hooked. She wants to go again in a couple of years. (I'm not complaining )

Sorry about the delay. Been busy with work and since my wife and I get Wednesdays off together now, we have been hitting Six Flags St. Louis quite a bit.
Thursday, May 1st
Day 6 Part One
Today wasn’t very eventful. It was just basically a travel day. But since we didn’t leave for the ship till 1:00, we just hung around the lodge and took a lot of pictures.
One thing did happen after we got to the ship and left port. After dinner, we went back to our room to change clothes before the show, and while standing out on our veranda, we heard something hit the water. We seen a bunch of air bubbles where we heard the slapping, then we heard it again further out. Then we seen what was making the sound. We seen two dolphins jumping out of the water!! It was SO COOL! I went running back into our room to get my camcorder and started recording, but wouldn’t you know it, they stopped. So all I got was about 4 minutes of the water waiting for them to jump back out.
YEA!!!! It's time to go to the boat!!!

Wednesday April 30th
Day 5 Part one.
Onto the Magic Kingdom.
We were able to get into the park earlier than everyone else because we had breakfast reservations at the castle. Which is pretty cool because you get to stroll down Main Street without a bunch of people getting in the way. We got to the castle a little early so we were able to just walk around and take pictures before we went up to eat.
When it was our time for breakfast, they take you to a little holding area where Cinderella comes out and everyone gets to have their picture taken with her. Then it’s up the stairs, and up, and up, and then your there. We were lucky, since it was just the 2 of us (well 3 with Jelly, but we didn’t have to pay for him) we got a table next to a window looking out the backside of the castle. It’s a set menu, but its all you can eat. If you want more, you just ask the server and they will bring you another plate. Well, after one plate, we were full.
Well other than the ride op at Jungle Cruise calling me Dee Snider ( I guess the way I had my hair pulled back, I kind of look like him) it was just a typical magical day. We left about 4 to head back to our room to rest a little and went back for the fireworks.
And on with the pictures.
So he trys to call and lodge a complait about almost getting eaten.

Nice pictures of a toy jellyfish...
I was being ironic....
But its good to see in these last few photos that you could actually take pictures of like theme parks and stuff.....
WOW! I'm getting told of how I'm supposed to be having fun on my vacation.
I've been to WDW 4 times before this so I already have pictures of most everything else, so we wanted to have fun (what a concept) and take pictures with our "mascot" in different situations.
...but I'm sure a picture of a toy instead of rides and such is hilarious to a grown man in his 30s.....oh, wait.....Geez, talk about being ironic, pictures of a "toy" in a place that is filled and inspired by a toy. Remember it all started with a mouse.
And it seems you are the only one having a problem with this. But you know what? You don't have to read my trip report. Its called freedom. Like packfanlv said, go find another report to read that will show pictures that every other trip report will have.
And for everyone else that is enjoying my report, thank you for your comments.

Tuesday April 29th
Day 4
Today was Hollywood Studios day.
Sorry for the lack of pictures this time. For some reason we really didn’t take that many shots today.
As soon as we got there we headed for Tower of Terror. We ran over and got a Fast pass, rode ToT, went over to RnR, and then our time was up for ToT. Good thing too, ‘cause by the time we got off, the line was out of the queue.
Then we pretty much made our rounds of the park. Nothing really stood out that I can remember. We then headed back to our room to rest a little then headed back over to watch Fantasmic!
Well I get on to the pictures since no one really ever reads this part anyway.

I was video taping this so Chris was having to take the pictures. Well she got so "into" it that she forgot to take them so there are just a few.

Monday April 28th
Day 3
So today we had something special planned. We were heading to Animal Kingdom bright and early to hit Expedition Everest. It will be our 100th credit. We actually got 2 new credits that day since we were able to get the other side of Primeval Whirl. After that we pretty much made our rounds of the park.
Being that we got to Epcot late the day before, after we were done with AK we headed back to our room to relax a little and then went back Epcot to hit what we had missed and watch the fireworks.
Going to go on a little rant here. I can’t believe the way some parents let/make their kids just run through the displays. There was one “flower garden” with Nemo and this little girl was up in it getting her picture taken. Well they had some plant with thorns on it and she ended up getting stuck. I kind of felt bad that she got pricked, but then again, she shouldn’t have been up in there. So what did her mom do? She sent her back in so that she could get her picture! Geez, you would think she would get the hint. I could see having the girl stand on the rock, but not actually go IN the garden. OK, end of rant.
So enough typing, here’s the visual.
Of the three nighttime shows, I like this one the best. I just love the music. And this brings this segment of the report to an end. Untill next time.

I see they ran the kiddie coaster while people were wearing hats and sunglasses. The ride op wouldn't start it until I took my sunglasses (with a strap) off and Drew took his hat and sunglasses off. She acted like it was some high speed coaster and they would be flung off. I mean, I've wore my sunglasses on Top Thrill Dragster, I don't think I would lose them on a kiddie coaster.
