  1. Haha welcome to the tiniest little airport you have ever seen
  2. Went to liseberg yesterday aswell and I have to say, holy crab does that thing look marvelous in reality!! I had one of these "go on Helix once for free" tickets so I was queuing in the sunset for a dreadful amount of time.....before I finally could sit down in the very last row of the train. Not so much forces and andrenaline but a reallly really sweet ride! I agree very much on the lisebergbanan 2.0 description. And that first tiny little drop of out of the station, wow!
  3. ^I like how you wrote bone crushing but we all know that "bone" isn't the right word
  4. Great pictures!! (although, how could they not be with such a pretty motive!)
  5. I am convinced that it is a really great ride if you let it be what it is and not what you wanted it to be (which maybe never even was intended). In Andreas latest blog post he speaks about his nervousness and uses the words "I can only see the deficiencies, that which is not perfect". I believe this applies to you as well. If you were to ride it with a blank page, not comparing the heartline roll to bluefires, not having a preconceived perception of the intensity, not having flied along the tracks a million times in your head, you would be blown away. I hope that bitter taste will turn sweet as you ride it more and enjoy it in new light. But who am I to speak, I have yet to compare it to my own expectations.. Yet I feel confident I will find a new love in what seems to be a pretty damn good coaster for the whole family, not just the extremists! EDIT: And as always, awesome pictures!
  6. (Not sure if this is Lisa?) Anyway here is the translation: "One word to describe the ride in helix: AWESOME!!!!!!" "Been on it 15 times...it is a coaster of world class...it has everything one can wish for..." "Helix is so good!!!!!"
  7. Lisa put up a new blog post with some pictures snapped by Justin Garvanovic for us to enjoy. I am too lazy to put them all here so just follow the link: http://projekthelix.se/fina-bilder-fran-helix/
  8. I've collected a few interesting questions from the Q&A, enjoy! EDIT: Almost forgot the most important one!
  9. Just got confirmed that you only have to be 130 cm tall to ride Helix.
  10. The light seemed to be working in the first clip so it is probably just something minor (Provided they are still only doing testing with one train). And oh god that is beautiful!
  11. Guys, why focus on the fears? It is the "new light" part that deserves recognition!
