  1. This looks really awesome. Tomorrow I will ride "Sream" located in HeidePark. Also a great ride. Take a look here: http://www.heide-park.de/index.php?id=254&tx_ttnews[tt_news]=3&cHash=ec6b5cf197afc5bb9dcdef17a72e4714 Cheers, Markus Am I right, that they really will move Deja Vu to Six Flags New England ?
  2. My next park is "Heidepark Soltau". They've got a new Coaster called "Krake". Nearly the same as Oblivion in Alton Towers or Sheikra in Bush Gardens.
  3. As Elissa wanted me to do, here is my question again: Are there any discounts for SFMM in the peak season? We wanne visit the park on July, 6th. Thanks, germancoasterfan
  4. @krouvi: It is not sure that the love parade takes place in Berlin. So keep up to date before your visit. But Berlin is worth to travel even without the love parade. have fun there germancoasterfan
  5. In Germany the Soccer Championship starts June, 9 th. If you want to visit us, this survival-guide will help you. But do not take everything too serious. Some stories have made me smile. . BTW: Could you watch the Championchip in USA also? germancoasterfan
  6. First thanks for your quick answers. @Darien Laker: Yes our son is taller than 48''. But this is not the problem. Is he brave enough to ride Golith and the other big rides?... Here in germany the rules for kids are more restrictive and so he couldn't ride a big coaster till now. Greetings germancoasterfan (who is looking forward to ride Tatsu)
  7. Me and my wife wanne visit SFMM in July with our 10 year old son. While we ride the very big coasters he could ride the little golith or eat icecream. I'm only worried a little bit of the crime. It it safe there for children? I've also heard about a law, that it is forbidden to leave children alone under the age of 12. Am I right? What is the fine for that? BTW: In Germany we haven't such a law. But in some regions it would be better to have such it. greetings, germancoasterfan
  8. Thanks, Elissa. Hopefully I remember to post again in June or July. Germancoasterfan
  9. I wanne visit SFMM in July 2006 and will stay 2 days in LA. Because I come from Europe, I'm not able to collect any coupons from Mc Donald's or others. I've seen in ebay, that there are serveral coupons offered. Is this a good deal? If not, where can I get coupons when I'll arrive in LA? thanks
  10. Last saturday I read an incredible article in our newspaper. There was a guy, who has build his own rollercoaster in the garden of his parents. The coaster he worked on was planned to be 100 meters long and 10 meters high. But the civil service said it's forbidden to build private rollercoasters because of security reasons. So he had to tear it down. That's typical german: When it's not definitely allowed, it's forbidden... Ciao Markus Remark: It's a woody
  11. Now I know the reason, why you have to drive such big cars in the US.
  12. Hi everyone, I know, my topic has nothing to do with coasters, but nevertheless I have a question to the american forum visitors, especially the ones from LA or San Francisco. Me and my wife are planning a 3-week-trip (and yes - were're looking foreward to ride the coasters at Knotts and SFMM ) in the west of the US. My question is: Are there so called "no-go-areas" (especially for tourists) in LA or Frisco? We'll stay in Beverly Hills in LA and near Civic Center in Frisco. Are this problematic districts? thank you in advance and keep on riding germancoasterfan
  13. Very dangerous It's me fighting with I white shark (I won)
  14. Expedition GeForce Expedition GeForce - Best Coaster I've ever rode. Goto www.holidaypark.de to see more
  15. Hi again an thanks for your tipps. Our primary goal is to see the great landscape of bryce-, zion- and grand cayon. And of course the big cities like LA, Frisco and Las Vegas. We prefer hypercoasters every coaster which thrills us? We've heard that sfmm is the heaven for coasterfans. I think we won't visit disneyland because we were in eurodisney twice. We've planned 3 days for visiting themeparks. I've heard there is a Paramount park near Frisco? Is it worth to visit? And what about the coasters in Las Vegas? greetz markus
